I am unable to contact this company to cancel my subscription . The phone number is not recognised and they dont reply to emails and the password reset feature on the website does not work..are they a scam?

After a brief hiatus due to technical issues, I decided to renew my subscription for a year to check if the problems were resolved. I'm thrilled to report that everything's working flawlessly now! My app and Ustreme on both phone and TV function seamlessly. I'm back to enjoying hearty laughs and tears of joy, which is just what everyone needs. Ustreme truly offers abundant humor, proving that laughter is indeed the best remedy. I highly recommend the archive documentary featuring the classic ventriloquist; it's filled with content rarely seen on TV today and never fails to make me laugh every time I watch it. I've also been enjoying the stand-up show featuring the new comedian, which I catch in small doses with my morning tea to kick off the day with a healthy dose of laughter. In a world where humor seems restricted, JD's creation of Ustreme is fantastic. This station brims with comedy, banter, and offers a voice to express shared frustrations with our crazy world. It's simply outstanding.

Subscribing to Ustreme has been a joyful decision, offering the kind of hearty laughter we all need these days. Despite the bleakness around, Jim and his team excel at brightening my mood. His perspective on This Week feels like enjoying mini Jim Davidson performances on current events twice weekly! Additionally, there are numerous stand-up sets from this country's finest comedians, evoking nostalgia for simpler times. Immense gratitude for the laughter you bring. Keep up the fantastic work!

Tried to make account when it started, couldn't, technical difficulty. Retried very recently, no problem.
Immediately went to my roku streamer, added the channel, logged in.
Well its fast, easy to navigate, and quite a lot to see.
The price, i paid only by month, and the whole Jethro catalogue is well worth the cost, alone. I'm working my way through it, have not stopped laughing for days.

I set up an account then couldn't log in as it said my email wasn't valid ,tried again with a different email same outcome ...so can't get into account

I left for a bit due to technical problems. I signed up for a year again recently to see if the glitches and gremlins have gone. They have! My app works perfectly I've now got Ustreme on my phone and TV working perfectly. I am now belly laughing again, crying with laughter which is what we need. Laughter is the best medicine and Ustreme provides it in spades. I recommend the archive doc that has the old ventriloquist in it because it's material we don't see on TV anymore and I keep watching it, it's so hilarious. The new comedian they have a stand up show with I am watching in segments with my morning cuppa to start my day with a good laugh because it's good for for your health. People are not being allowed to laugh it seems so JD setting up Ustreme is amazing. A station full of laughs and banter and someone moaning on our behalf so people can feel distressed at the madness of our world. Excellent.

Well, what can I say that has not already been said.
I have followed Jim for many years, in fact I am 2 years younger than Jim. So as far as Ustreme is concerned what an utter diamond Jim is, and what a great channel, it is totally worth the sub price. Over the years Jim has grown like a fine wine that's turned into vinegar into this complaining and bitter Old Codger.😱😂, only kidding. His grasp of what the hell is going on in this country, and answers as to the antidote is always bang on the money. He has matured now, into, a Well Observed Old Codger with his take on the news stories that get us all hopping mad, to put it mildly. He is also loyal to his followers. Recently he did a show which I went to in Skegness. Just prior, in fact, the day before he was due to fly back from Turkey (business class of course) but because a butterfly farted somewhere on the other side of the world the plane he was due to get was cancelled. Eventually Jim managed to get a ride home the following morning with very little sleep. By the time he was back home, with baggage collection and I assume getting home, he couldn't have got a lot more rest as he had to get to the venue in time for the show. Skegness is quite a long way from the area Jim lives at so he couldn't have mucked about. He appeared on stage right on time, to the second, I really don't know how he did it?
During the interval
he came out to meet the audience. Of course he had a nice cup of tea disguised as a pint. I was lucky enough to shake the man's hand, and get a selfie, I didn't get the chance to lift his gold watch no matter what distraction I tried though.🤨 He had time to chat, I was talking to him about his new railings. I kid you not, they glowed.
Anyway Jim is the consummate professional who genuinely loves his followers.
On ending this review I would just like to make a request? I reckon a sizable amount of his Ustreme members would like to see more episodes per week of Jim's News. His comments always seem to be correct. Really he should be running for London Mayor first, to get the current one out of office, I'm not sure I could mention his name, and once he had London under the control of the indigenous people of this country, to then go for being Prime Minister, you'd certainly have my vote.
Thanks to Harley and Vickey, you are both doing a great job, as is anybody else to do with Ustreme. 5 Star entertainment.

Love watching Ustreme especially Jim on the news makes me laugh .Love the jokes and stand up shows you have on Ustreme. Would highly recommend to anyone that likes to have a good laugh 😊.

Unfortunately I've not downloaded the Usteme app because I've read the reviews! First of all, I'm not paying a subscription to watch ads. Secondly, I'm also not paying subs for service that apparently doesn't function properly. Get the app working correctly, drop the ads and we're good to go.*UPDATE *. Thanks for the reply. I have indeed double checked I was reading the correct app and I wasn't! I have however read the correct reviews on the play store and it sounds glitchy so I'll give it some time yet before trying it. Issues with subscriptions etc. Thanks for the reply though, 👍🏻

I have one bloody problem with ustreme...it is so addictive, i am 64 and i was born in the same town as chubby brown...What can i say about Jim Davidson?
One of the few remaining comedians left..but Jim isnt just a comedian.. by that i mean try ustreme free for a week..watch his twice weekly stuff, watch Jim with the fantastic Vicky Nash...i guarantee you will want jim to be the prime minister, the mayor, and the whole of the front bench..Jim Davidson O.B.E.. they dont give them out to just anyone..i have been a fan of Jims since the New Faces final, i loved up the elephant, and Home James with the brilliant george sewell..I will be at Jims last show of this tour at southsea on july 19th..im also going to Bobby Davros show may 31st in oxted...
One other problem is.....i cant stop singing " im a gnu, i got sh.t on my shoe " in the voice of charley Drake...my wife is a nursery teacher and she has caught this addictive phrase too,...and some of the children....So Bromley has lots of mini charlie Drakes running around now...Give ustreme a go, u have nothing to lose...Jims and Chubbys and others unseen charity work rarely gets a mention in main stream media, .. ...It was Jims renaming of his boat recently, it is a fantastic watch...its emotional and funny...Im proud to be a ustreme member and i wish i could buy a tshirt for july 19th, i even looked on ebay..lol...I look forward as i say, to the sunday show and the midweek shows..Comedy is being destroyed like every thing else in this country..Im a gnu and ive...oh hell im singing it again........

Ustreme has so many old video shows and Programmes that probably won’t be pc enough for today’s market but are hilarious. Jim Davidsons bi weekly rants are very funny and the annual fee is a bargain for the entertainment you can view. His Stanley Unwin Impressions (yes I’m old) have me and my wife falling off the sofa with laughter. Highly recommended

I am so happy I subscribed to Ustreme to have a proper good laugh like we used to. The world is depressing but Jim and the team do a fantastic job of bringing a smile to my face. I love his take on the world on This Week - it’s like mini Jim Davidson gigs about current affairs twice a week! There’s dozens of stand-up shows from some of the best comedians this country has ever produced too. Takes you back to a better time.
