SCAMMED to apply and ended up delayed

Because they SCAMMED a top position in Google search I filled an expedited ESTA application. I would have been happy if the process worked, but this is the first time I ever had an ESTA application take more than 30min. I suspect the US gov put a suspicious flag on the application and sent it for manual review. AVOID this site at ALL COSTS. SHAME on Google for encouraging deceitful practices like this.

We changed our company name, website domain, etc. years ago. 
We have made changes to reflect this, however, some things we have been unable to change on our account and Trustpilot refuses to assist with changing. 
The company that now has the usvisaconnection domain provides completely different services than we do and apparently has about as good of customer service as Trustpilot. 
No other platform gave us trouble changing all of our information; only Trustpilot. 
Trustpilot does not care about their customers and we highly advise businesses to steer clear and not waste your money with them.
Again, our apologies, but this is not our company.

SCAM, IDENTITY RISK - PLEASE USE OFFICIAL GOV SITE

Having lost 100USD for a 21USD application please be aware of what is happening with this company. They use google adwords to put an ad higher than the official govt website where you can do your own application for a fraction of the price. These guys will charge you to collect all the same details + more sensitive details they is needed and then re-enter into the government website on your behalf also charging for priority where no priority exists if you just went to the government website in my case ESTA visa. What is important is these guys have your IDENTITY DOCUMENTS and CREDIT CARD / BILLING DETAILS and they will lodge your application just like you can but you pay 3X the price and they have your identity. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE GO TO THE OFFICIAL .GOV website and lodge your own secure application, otherwise you will be cancelling your credit card, disputing the transaction, getting new identity documents and you still lost your identity documents to them

Hello Lars. You left review for the wrong company. We do not process ESTA visas at all. Please post a the review for the correct company that processed ESTA. That is not us.

Beware

Beware, you DONT need to pay 89$ for ESTA, simply download the official ESTA app from the App Store or Google Play and you're good to go with a 21$ Fee only.

SCAM

SCAM! Avoid--excessive fees for ESTA, charging 4-6x the actual government fee to cut and paste your info into a form. Also offer even more expensive options with the impression of expedited ESTA processing, which does not exist--it is simply not offered from the US government. It's a scam.
EDIT: reply by company is a lie (or Trustpilot subtitle with their website as usvisaconnection.com is incorrect). This site is run by govassist, a company that charges excessive fees and offers ESTAs--avoid

I filled all my data for an USA visa

I filled all my data for an USA visa, but I've trying to talk to them for 3 days. All I get is an email automatic answer. I'm very disapointed

E-visas for India

E-visas for India

I needed visas for myself and my father-in-law for a trip to India. Because I'd never used them before, I didn't know how the e-visa would go. Nara got them submitted and returned in 24 hours or maybe less! Nara was great to work with by phone and by email.

Need a visa to Brazil in a hurry ( …

Need a visa to Brazil in a hurry ( three weeks) called several places but US Visa Connection was the only one who said they could help us with the time line we had. Sent off the paper work and documents need and without any problems had my visa in plenty of time. If I ever need another visa or know someone who does I would definitely use or recommend US Visa Connection

I have found my new visa assistance …

I have found my new visa assistance service! I was in need of a Brazil visa in a hurry. I could not be without my passport for 3-6 weeks or able to travel to the Consulate as others in my company have done in the past. I contacted US Visa Connection and was told they could likely help in the tight window available. It took me a couple days longer than anticipated to gather and send the application packet yet they were still able to get my passport with a 10 year visa back to me in time for my flight. I highly recommend US Visa Connection to friends, family, and colleagues!

Worked perfect when odds were against me

US Visa Connection helped me when I was in a rush to renew my passport for business trip that I believe many would consider unreasonably last minute. Not only were they kind and professional, they were quick to act and with their same day rush processing, I was more than able to catch my flight to Singapore. Will definitely use their services again in the future.

US Visa Connection has been my go to …

US Visa Connection has been my go to service for obtaining visas and authentication of documents well over 10 years. Jerrall and Nara are always helpful, professional and aware of the latest changes that save me time and money. I have never considered using another service.

I Highly Recommend US Visa Connections

US Visa Connections was truly a life saver for me. I worked for a large corporation and was the lead in helping our team get to other countries to establish or support our business abroad. They saved me quite a few times in helping get the team where they needed to be, in a short period of time, with all the proper documentation they needed.
