Scammers
Received an unwanted call when they should not have held my personal number. I received several very pushy calls from people that claimed to be from Smartest Energy stating that we cannot end our contract with Smartest energy without paying £2.8k. They then approached both me and director of the company several times trying to claim we were unable to end our contract on the contract end date. Quite sure this is all a scam and if Utility4business are not the scammers, they have passed my number onto scammers. Complete waste of time and very rude callers that refused to email any of the information when we were unable to understand what they were saying.

Just because I was on a call to another provider and got sorted, Utility4business (Lee Hadfield) send a rude email telling me I had wasted their time and money enquiring.
I won't use nor would I recommend!

Great customer service
Having been severely let down by an alternative broker that offered an electricity contract that proved not to be available, a chance phone call from Utility4Business meant the securing of an alternative contract was done quickly and efficiently. I dealt with Naila who, all the way through, was thorough, diligent and went to great lengths to explain things in detail at every step. Ultimately Naila was able to secure a contract that is significantly cheaper than the expiring tariff, was excellent at keeping in touch through the process and made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking to secure new, good value utility contracts in a difficult marketplace.

Excellent, stress free service
I usually avoid brokers but on this occasion I thought I'd give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. Naila and Pamela have been fantastic throughout, answering all of my questions and providing an honest and excellent service. They have saved the business money, beating any price we could find. Seamless Transition to Change Service Providers and indeed Gas Supply Company
The business Gas supply was through "Bionic" using EDF and the contract was up for renewal on 20th August 2024.
I felt this needed to be addressed by Mid June, but no one from either "Bionic" or indeed EDF had contacted me following a request to both companies to do so ?
However I received a call from Tim Bond at Utility4Business and I requested a quotation based on a 1 year Contract.
Tim provided me with a cheaper quotation than I paid last year ( I do appreciate that rates have come down of course ) I did however received a call from Bionic after I posted a review expressing my disappointment with their services, however I am certain that I only received a call because of my review !!
Anyway, Tim Bond walked me through the process in order to change from EDF to my new Supplier with effect from 21st August and it all seemed quite a seamless transition.
I do send monthly meter readings religiously to keep on top of the business energy costs and I will continue to do the same with my new supplier.
So a thank you to Tim Bond for his time and efforts he put in to secure my Gas Supply business.
