I paid money for an electric bike and scooter that I haven't received. I was getting email updates about my goods and the travel destinations but then it all stopped. Utteeer is a rip off company and can't be trusted, they take take take and don't deliver. I want my money back or I will go to fraud squad.

Paid for 2 items from this company got tracking number and called royal mail but they just keep saying it is in their process center this is since 8th November now they say can't find my details going to try for refund from my bank

I ordered an Air fryer on 21st October…
I ordered an Air fryer on 21st October had a confirmation email with tracking number told delivery 8 to 15 days tracked it every few days,said parceled delivered 14th November to addresse .No parcel went back on to tracking it had been delivered to Stalham post office in Norfolk I live in Redditch Worcestershire .Phoned Royal mail was told my tracking number had been used on another parcel and it had been delivered safely. Have emailed company twice and was told my Air fryer is still on its way .Still no luck after a week been in touch with my bank see if I can be refunded so maddening will not be scammed again

I ordered a ninja DZ401 foodi 10 quart 6-in-1 dual zone xl -2-basket air fryer and paid for it online I received confirmation emails and a tracking number on checking this number it said it had been delivered this is not the case as I am ill and rarely go out I have outside cameras no one came to deliver any parcels I have emailed twice regarding non-delivery they operate under various names I-E ONLINE SHOPPING/ UTTEEER .COM/ PIDGENYES.CO they now say do not recognise my email address scam

As with the other review...
As with the other review. I paid for a parcel which they claimed had been delivered and absolutely nothing came. They even gave me a fake shipment number, when I questioned this with Royal Mail...don't ever use them....
