Basic communication nonexistent
Wish I had read reviews more closely as my experience is identical to Jane’s in October 2024. No confirmation email, no response to email or Messenger initially and yes the phone number still doesn’t work. Eventually an email came to apologise for the delay- they’re changing offices?- and my order is on its way. Couple of days later it’s out of stock. Awaiting my refund now. A shambles and extremely unprofessional that they haven’t addressed communication issues after over a year.

Disappointed
Ordered, but got no confirmatory email. Began to get a little worried, so tried contacting the company via their own facebook page, instagram, email, and phone, no response initially. Was even more worried when the contact phone number on their site didn’t exist.
Eventually got an email saying that my choice of footwear was no longer available, order cancelled. I did, however, get my money back as promised.

Beautiful boots
When I tried on the boots, they were too narrow and when I contacted customer care, they responded immediately with a potential solution. They also confirmed, if it would not solve the issue I can still send the shoes back. Great service and very quick! Thank you!

Super comfortable
I have flat feet so it's not always easy finding the right shoes. These shoes are really comfortable and look so nice, exactly like in the pictures. Thank you Uufey!!

First time buying orthopaedic shoes.
After recently experiencing pain in my feet whilst dog walking, I decided to buy my first pair of orthopaedic shoes. The delivery was extremely fast and packaged nicely. I bought the Sarah Zest ankle boots in black, so far they have been amazingly comfortable when out walking and are a perfect new addition to my wardrobe.
