Purchased a UVDERMA Large Handheld UVB Phototherapy Lamp | Psoriasis, Vitiligo, Eczema Treatment and we read the instructions fully!!! It is so confusing and impossible to operate. Trying to return as we feel it is unsuitable.

Issue resolved
I did a negative review as hadn’t heard from the company. They since contacted me and explained email had gone to junk inbox. Product arrived 2 days after I contacted them. It was for my daughter and she reports seems good quality and decent instruction manual and googles. Felt it was right to provide update.

Delivery and tracking issues.
I ordered from UV Derma and could not access tracking, after a considerable wait I contacted the company. The response was there was a problem with my order, I could request the order be fulfilled or I could get a refund. I opted to have the order fulfilled. Ten days passed and still no product , tracking number or evidence I was going to get the product. I emailed again and I never received a response, instead I got an email saying I would be reimbursed. Very poor business practices.
Update: I did receive my reimbursement, with a promise to send me the product gratis. I'll believe it when I see it.
Update: okay, I got my refund. Then much to my surprise the company sent me the product also. They did what they thought was the right thing. Although my initial experience was negative, they did right by me and remedied the situation. 4/14

Genuine company but terrible customer service and item was 12 days late
This is a genuine company and the expensive item I ordered did eventually arrive but far too late. However their customer service was so bad that I only got an inital order email with no valid tracking nb on. It said 48 hr delivery. After 9 days I emailed but got no response and the same via their website contact form. There is no phone number to ring. Thank goodness I had purchased via PayPal and on opening a Paypal case the company finally responded. They sent a new email with an express 24 hr delivery timescale which leads me to believe they didnt actually send the item in the first place. Anyway the item actually arrived on the 14th day.

Terrible DON’T BOTHER WASTE OF TIME
Terrible, placed order with express post. Item never arrived, no explanation from company. This company are drop shippers. Look them up on companies house. No real premises, company address is a mail drop. Scam
