Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! They have since put out multiple plushies which their fundraisers started after the one I purchased. No hate to those who already have their plushies but it’s frustrating to see myself and my community friends be shafted and scammed

Low quality long wait for shipping

The clothing looks like its just some iron on decal that's going to peal away if you wash it.

Don’t ever buy a gift from here. It’s February 17th and I placed my order in on December 15th.

On top of the ridiculous wait time for shipping to even start… They drop this bullshit in their policy that says “give us 40 days in order to ensure product quality.” if your shipping goes beyond that, they ask you to reach out to customer support who DOES NOT acknowledge your existence.

I got an XXL graphic mouse pad and some stickers. That apparently take 40 days to make. Search up some factory shit and watch them make a mouse pad in much lesser than 24hrs.

Upon further exploring of their shitty website. You look at their reviews and you see a good 500+ 1star reviews that don’t stand out. Why? Because they bottled the SHIT out of their reviews and dropped 5k+ 5star reviews to overcast the negative ones. Some of the reviews are either clearly the same person, anonymous with the most generic responses, fake ass names with the most generic response or obviously fake users with bunko reviews like “wow so good!” “So soft!” “Good quality!”

Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else.

Poor communication, potential scam

I put in a pledge for 2$ for a campaign, then they wouldn’t take the rest of my payment after it finished. I tried to email them about the situation and they flat out refused to respond for over a week. And when I tried to email them again, they chose to be condescending in their reply and basically said “Wow sorry, but we cant reply during non-business hours” and they started sending multiple ads for “limited time offers”, without ever replying back on explaining what the issue was or just letting me pay directly. I’ve never had this issue with any other website for limited time campaigns, not even other smaller or lesser known ones.

I dont know what their problem is but Im pretty sure this site is a scam now after seeing their history of refusing to communicate with other past customers. I wish I had known this prior, but I guess losing 2$ is still less bad than a full order that they may never have intended following through with.

Questionable customer support

Had a similar experience prior when I made the order where I accidentally added an extra plush. I had to send like 3 emails before I got a flurry of notifications saying my order had been updated

something went wrong with the shipment…

something went wrong with the shipment (they probably didn't do it properly/savely) and now I'm in an e-mail loop with their support.
I ordered over 5 months ago and I've been talking to support for 2-3 months already, where I constantly have to ask for updates. They do the bare minimum.

Extremely long fulfilment times. (Ordered in May 2025, received in November 2025) False advertising. (They claim everything is made in Texas but the item tag says made in China). Product quality was ok at best.

Payment now, Product never

I ordered July 1st and i have received no confirmation that it is being shipped to me. Last I heard it was at a fulfilment centre (this was last month). I am not being updated and concerned I will not get my product. I keep getting marketing material which I don't care about as you can't even give me what I ordered.

I bought it because I streamer used it for merch but I never will again, because it is closer to scam than corporation!

Months Have Passed And No Order And No Refund

I ordered a mousepad MONTHS ago. First I was told it was in production. Then I was told, they are behind in production. Then I was told it was tariffs causing the delay. Then I was told I would get a full refund. NONE OF THE ABOVE WAS TRUE OR HAS HAPPENED. I will never support this 'business' again and will make sure anyone I know doesn't either.

Never received order from almost a year ago

I ordered a keychain in October 2024 and still haven't received it and I was in contact with "customer service" for over 5 months and all they would tell me is that they re submitted the order, this happened at least 6-7 times. Absolutely dogshit company.

I ordered a poster on May 14th

I ordered a poster on May 14th, and it's now Aug 13th and still no poster. 79 days passed so I sent an e-mail about it and never a an answer but instead got an e-mail saying it shipped. Well it's clearly not moving at all and passed the initial delivery date,and Uwu Market is zero help. Terrible customer service and out $54.24 including shipping insurance. Since the package once again is lost cause of UPS "Mail innovation" being used for shipping out orders and I can't even write a review on Uwu Markets actual website,when I was able to earlier this year.

BS company BS service and needs to have the Better Business Bureau sicked on them.

Sa doit bien faire 1 mois que je suis sensé recevoir 1 article (pas une très grosse commande vous le concevrez). Ils préviennent que sa peut être long en donnant une estimation qui est toujours beaucoup plus tôt que la réalité.
J'espère au moins que quand je recevrai mon colis ce sera pas de la camelote...
Je doute que le site soit une arnaque car les personnes se plaignent de la lenteur du processus et non du fait qu'ils ne reçoivent rien.

Got my order two days late from USPS. Found out missing a lot of the order. Taking too long. Paid a lot even before Tarriffs. Customer support isn't fast or real enough. Making distrust of content creators and Vtubers good practices Herr. No Human being was able to reach to me. I contacted USPS they left me hanging. It's still a long ass wait time. Don't buy especially if you're gonna be moving anytime soon. They won't make it on time or have it in package if small. I waited 6 months just to lose 300 bucks I may as well have just gone to a convention and bought it there.

Feels like a scam

I seem to be having the exact same issue as another person here. I placed an order on the 26th of April and im still waiting 90 days later. I keep being told there is "a delay but it will be here in a week or two !!!"....and it never shows up nor am I give a followup. I've had vendors on Etsy, Discogs, and eBay that are on the other side of the world reply and ship faster than these guys. For people who do bigger Vtuber merch it's atrocious how long I have to wait for a mousepad and sticker of all things...

Update 1: they finally responded after j threatened a CB like others have, told me it'd be shipped in 3-5 days and I'd get an update. It's been 5 days since that and no update. But they sure spam you with sales, discounts and "free" items. I've had sellers of Etsy that look like a back alley fent dealer be more upfront and communicative than these people. I will NEVER be buying from these people again...

What a disappointment

Purchased some products on April 26, said on the website that the arrival is around 2 weeks, not even 1 day in and the delay 'TO SHIP' was up to 30 business days, passed said 30 business days I contacted them and they came up telling me that there were some misunderstandings with my order and it'll be delayed by another 2~3 weeks. Again... passed said 2~3 weeks I contacted them 2 days ago and, up until now, I have not received an answer about the products, shipping and why there's even more delay.
tl:dr: Almost 3 months in and they didn't even ship my products yet.

Update: They finally send a package to me (30/07) that was then send back becase there wasn't enough description to pass my countries customs, and now they just stop answering me (20 days already ignoring me). This is a scam. Especially if you're from outside the US, just don't buy, they don't know how to export products and are extremely disorganized.

Don't buy from them. Scam.

Ordered a Jet Tag in April. It's still not here. Lmao.

Customer service is "quick" but they just say "whoopsie we'll have it to you soon" and then don't. Threatening them with chargeback like the other people on this site suggest. If they actually give me the item, I'll update this.

Unfulfilled order after 36 business days

Ordered 4 items on May 5th, still has not shipped. I tried contacting support a few weeks ago and they said it was still processing. I got a few emails it was on the way to a fulfillment center, then nothing. Would not order from here again.

Horrible quality, steep prices

I got baited by my love for waifus and their awesome designs, but the quality is super bad.

I bought a Rainhoe hoodie for example, it was 90 bucks and the "sticker" starts peeling off after washing it twice. 30 degrees, no dryer and it was inside out as well. Apparently you have to wash their stuff by hand.

I love the Sinder sweatpants I bought there, but my Rainhoe hoodie feels like it just has stickers on it and thats not acceptable for $96.
