There is no transparency whatsoever, and all the ads on YouTube are filled with auto-generated bots in the comments. Items are never delivered as promised, and the explanation for the delay is super suspicious and fishy.
18 months so far.....
18 months so far...... I placed my order on July 18, 2023. I still haven't received the product. Even if I do get it, others are reporting significant malfunctions, and even on their own Facebook page, they have a "pro tips" post describing how the end user should not let it discharge all the way. That kind of thing is supposed to be handed by the device. I guess you shouldn't fall asleep with anything plugged in.....if you ever get it.

What a piece of crap
What a piece of crap. I waited 16 months after i supported their Indiegogo before I finally received a unit on Dec. 26, 2024. I had to pay shipping charges twice: the second time to be SURE I got a unit EVER. And while it looks pretty, it's a brick, and it never charged past 1% even trying 2 lapbook chargers and the power cable UZE came with. 36 hours should be enough to get past 1%. It's a dud, I reported it, I uploaded a video of how it DID NOT WORK and all UZE wants me to do is throw MORE money at them and buy their charger and another power cable before they will admit their "power charger" is a LEMON. NO RESPONSE FROM UZE SO FAR.
Garbage product
Garbage product. Broken at the hardwear level (BMS over discharges) so 2 charges then it’s a doorstep. No reply from company. Reviews on crowdfunding show every power bank has the same issue.
Fraud company beware
I contributed In Indiegogo for starter campaign in 04-Aug-2024. I received a email on 14-Aug-2024 for shipment charge for $35 to Netherlands. I paid them. Notice that they took only 10 days to collect shipment fees. But now in 19-Dec-2024 they report there is issue with logistic and they asked additional money for those who needs urgently. For rest of us no update on timeline. We just have to wait for indefinite period of time despite paying shipping fee as well. Pure fraud.
They are selling the products on website. But they can’t deliver to people who backed the project. They are simply a fraud company. Don’t buy anything from them.

I waited 2 years after a crowdfunding campaign for the "BOLD.2: The 1st & Fastest 290W Graphene Power Bank" on Indiegogo. In July 2023, I pledged £467 (approximately $600) and was promised two units of their mobile phone battery packs. Despite their numerous updates and assurances, I have not received the products. Even after paying them the shipping fees 1st time 18 months ago. Still no product! That is a dishonest tactic they used. Why charge the shipping fee, tell me product will ship soon and here we are 18 months later.
According to their recent communications, including a fulfillment update on December 19, 2024, Uze Tech admitted to facing logistical challenges and offered an optional additional payment for expedited shipping, which I paid. However, the delivery through China Post was unsuccessful, and they reported only one delivery attempt, which I find unsatisfactory given the value and nature of the items.
Given the high value of the goods and the lengthy duration since the original transaction, I am concerned about the lack of effective resolution and the additional costs imposed on me as a backer and now, not even the product! Infact with a record number of 1☆ ratings (some 83% are one star) on here UZE still exists ie it hasnt shut operations. Why hasn't the Federal Trade Commission or Better Business Bureau or the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) been alerted and report this company? Or do they know from complaints made and they just not bothered to stamp out this level of carnage by one company? UZE is committing flagrant Fraud, breach of contract, deceptive advertising & marketing, failure to provide promised services and product, unlawful retention of money, violation of consumer protection laws, lack of customer support & accountability, selling defective products, operating with out a proper licence. Between everyone of us here on trust pilot we can provide evidence with supported claims. This ought to be a class action law suit against UZE. This company has been allowed to get away with this amount of negligence and criminality for far too long. We have all lost a fortune and made them a fortune instead. Can't believe this happens and goes unnoticed in the third world country of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! Wake up people. Stop allowing UZE to skin people alive.
I wanted to love the product
I wanted to love the product, but the quality and the customer support is terrible. I have bought UZE Bold 2, the overall feel of the product is cheap Chinese white label product. The screen font is Chinese style, the battery level is not informative and doesn’t look good or premium. During the first charge the battery failed, it won’t turned on or charge anymore, so I can not say anything about performance. After contacting customer support next day, they said since I “used” a battery it is not eligible for return or replacement anymore, and subject to repair only. I don’t feel good having and paying for a brand new battery repaired, so I went and filed a claim with my credit card company. God bless America and its laws protecting me as a customer against such a bad companies.
Horrible experience
I finally received the two units I ordered, but one has a non-functional OLED screen and won’t charge. I’ve been trying to get a replacement, but customer service made me file a claim and wait. It’s been a week, and I haven’t heard anything back. I assume they’re based in China, as responses only come through at night. It also looks like these items might be refurbished and won’t last. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience with the company.

I got Bold 1 on Kickstarter campaign, the shipped unit worked for 1 week and then both 100w charger and 265w powerbank got fried.
Contacting support was frustrating and annoying. They were dodging my request for 1 year. Asking for videos multiple times, asking same questions over and over. They waited till very end of warranty period and only then agreed to send me a replacement.
Arrived replacement had absolutely same issue. It was same units from the same faulty batch. In a few month both charger and powerbank stopped working same way the fist ones did: burnt smell from top of powerbank where ports are, not responding to any troubleshooting steps and resets. Charger: c1 port not working, when charger is pluggin in alone (nothing plugged into it) it becomes scorching hot. Absolutely same issues and behavior was on the original set.
So they basically were ghosting me, shipped replacement last moment and now saying my warranty is out so no more help or solutions available.
Also on Alibaba I found exactly same powerbank, with same port layout, wireless charging , same wattage, graphene cells, same capacity and design. Just under different brand.
So it seems like UZE Tech is a fake company, they didn't develop nothing, they just slammed a label on existing Chinese powerbank. Just search "graphene powerbank 26800mah" on AliBaba and see
Which basically makes then scammers.
Integrity and honesty are always the best paths. You might have fraudulently taken my 300$ but life has a way of catching up with you. Karma is like a boomerang; you get back what you give out. Scammers may seem to win in the short term, but in the long run, justice always finds its way.

Got my power bank and is working as expected. I wish is was a tad smaller as on the pics they advertise it seemed to be slightly lighter, regardless is not a deal breaker for me.
I did have to wait a long time to get it because I bought it via Indiegogo but oh well, thats also part of the process.

Worst company i ever dealt with
Worst company i ever dealt with. Lots of fake promises and never bother to responsible for any delay or product failure (only respond by giving same generic excuses instead real situation). Product malfunction and flaw are a numbers and they even not bother to rectify it. Only saying same excuses which "Engineering issue". Fail in time management and more sugar coat advertisement.
