Extremely good service by there from the team of chch. She explained my parents with such patience. The products are very high quality from Korea we decided to buy the da Vinci massage chair the installation was so fast and perfect. The delivery guys even took the rubbish away and explained my old parents everything how to operate. Glad to have bought from these guys and last i surely will reco5because of the service and product knowledge and variety of chairs they have

No pressure sale.
The team was very nice in explaining all the difference in the massage chair and we had no pressure of buying after trying multiple models we id quite some research and compared multiples models and the price point these guys were overall best in terms of price and value for money . We bought the grand royal chair and it has already been to great use will surely suggest everyone anting to buy a chair these guys are the best

Raman and his team were always a text or call away. Explained technical issues of shipping delays. Despite being a little late, the current shipping situation, I was happy with information. Once the chair had arrived in the country, they worked tirelessly to get it to me. Roman's commitment to customer service was outstanding. Well done.

Good experience while trying the chairs at the showroom. We got our very first massage chair delivered today and its just a great relaxing device. Would love to thank the delivery team who were very cooperative and helped us get the chair to the 2nd floor and installed it with ease.

Terrible customer service and an incredibly stressful experience.

I waited almost 4 months in total for my massage chair, and for the last 2 of those months I was simply trying to get my money back. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, the company kept delaying everything with endless promises, changing timelines, and excuses. Every conversation ended with “soon,” “please wait,” or “we are working on it,” but nothing actually happened. They ignored emails, so I needed to go to the shop a lot of times.

Raman, the seller from V-revive, Riccarton Mall, Christchurch is especially good at talking people into buying the product and then continuously reassuring customers that delivery is “almost there” — “maybe tomorrow,” “very soon,” “already on the way” — while dragging things out for as long as possible instead of processing a refund.

To make matters worse, they initially tried to withhold part of my refund for so-called “free gifts” that had originally been promoted as complimentary bonuses during the sale.

I responded by formally refusing to pay for the gifts and attaching consumer protection information stating that a company cannot later charge customers for complimentary promotional items. After that, they dropped the issue and did not deduct any money from my refund.

To avoid any further arguments, I still returned absolutely everything they had given me — including the aroma candles and even the massage gun, which had already been used. Honestly, I expected them to tell me to keep at least some of it, but instead they happily took everything back without hesitation.

The whole experience felt extremely unprofessional and exhausting. Be very careful before purchasing from this company, especially if there is any chance you may need a refund later.

Very happy with the service from V Revive Massage Chair Company. The delivery team was punctual and handled the chair with great care during transport and installation. Setup was completed smoothly, and the staff patiently walked us through all the chair functions and features. Their after-service support has also been fantastic and very easy to deal with. Would recommend V Revive to others looking for a premium experience.

A bunch of scammers!! They took our money and didn’t provide the product. Have sent countless emails, rung, spoke to staff. Years of back and forth.Promised refund yet nothing. I have all the receipts and correspondence. Never trust these scammers. Comment if you would like me to privately send you proof

Fantastic massage chair. We use it every day. Screen stand broke and has now been replaced . Ramen was lovely and helpful
