UPDATE 7/21: I did finally receive a refund after many weeks of waiting. You have to contact the company continuously in order to get anything done when a refund should have been automatically disbursed once they discovered the item was out of stock. Glad I stayed on top of it or I think they might have just kept my money.

ORIGINAL POST: Ordered and was charged $191.85 for a shoe cabinet on December 2nd. Contacted the company on December 22nd because I had not received the order yet. Was told cabinet no longer available and would not be in stock anytime soon. Said I would receive refund 24 hours after cancellation. It’s now January 7th and still no refund from company. Sending another email but not hopeful.

I bought a pair of chairs from this company February 2025. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to receive. I emailed them back and forth for months every 2-4 weeks. They said there was a delay from lack of raw materials. Then they said it would arrive in the USA on 7/6/25 and was being unloaded and should be to me in a month. After 7 months of waiting they just refunded my money without asking me because of “lack of inventory reserve.” They sold me the chairs at $700 for a pair and now are trying to sell them for $2000 for a pair. They do not want to honor their previous price they sold them to me and provide the furniture I waited 7 months to receive. The chairs are currently still available on their website and says “in stock and ready to ship in 24 hours.” Total SCAM company. Do not buy from them.

Please don't order any item from the website. They just canceled my order after waiting for 7 weeks They don't have a proper customer service and only responds to emails.Please buy from a reputable furniture store.

Perfect hidden litter. Easy to put together!

Fits my bedroom decor perfectly. Was a little difficult to assemble.

This cabinet is great for the bathroom! I love how much storage space it has. It's easy to put together and the design is perfect for keeping things out of sight. The assembly process of this cabinet is a breeze. With the help of an electric screwdriver, it took me about 30 minutes to complete. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow.

I thought it was taller. But still a very nice piece.

I love this vanity...it's on the shorter, smaller size but it's sturdy and well made! Directions were written great and easy to figure out, took us 2.5 hours. Everything was prefectly lined, all parts were there, mirror and lights are awesome... love this vanity.

Easy to assemble. Couple of the screws didn't fit perfectly but only few of them. Overall great product.

I ordered two of these for my bathroom and they were nice and easy to assemble. However, one was missing a piece of wood (inside shelf). I contacted them but no response now.

Was better than I expected. Enough storage at the top to story kitty essentials. Bottom fits a decent size tray and does well keeping litter off the floor.
