Les was great! He provided clear instructions and answered all my questions right away. He let me know when my completed paperwork arrived at his office and got my deed to me as soon as it was recorded.

Frankly I was not sure what to expect, I had decided to transfer ownership of my timeshare to my daughter and son in law, but the idea of dealing with a company across the country in New York was a little worrisome even though they had been recommended by a title company out here. Les promptly responded to my call and explained fully what to expect and how to proceed. He emailed all the necessary documents and when an unexpected issue arose, helped me through it and the whole process was completed much earlier than I expected. Vacation Ownership Services Title Agency (VOSTA) was referred to me by Advanced Financial Company in California to file a change of ownership Deed with the San Diego County. As soon as I contacted VOSTA and explained the situation, which included a Trust where one of our trustees had passed away, we were provided specific and detailed instructions of how to proceed with proper paperwork and notarized signatures. Once I completed the process and submitted all the appropriate documents to VOSTA, they recorded the deed and it was completed quickly without issue. Because I am not an expert on deeds and ownership requirements, I found VOSTA invaluable in knowing the process, and guiding me to a successful conclusion. Using VOSTA was definitely worth it to me.
