We have used this company for three reservations now and would recommend them to anyone!

It was easy to do a reservation with vacation rental.

The cinnamon beach is very nice place to spend time in family.

This coming summer will be the second consecutive year we have rented the same house from VRP. The house was clean and exactly what we needed to have a 'whole family' vacation. We had no problems with any of the fixtures in the house and the pool was wonderful. We chose to come back to St. Augustine this year for another great time.

Vacation Rental Pros has always provided great service and product to us and our friends. Highly recommended for your destination solution...Very user friendly!

I had a great experience with VRP when I rented a beach home in St Augustine last Augustine. I rented the home with the Crows Nest. The house was immaculate, very well laid out and had all of the basic essentials for a week on the beach. Although I never actually met anyone face to face (which I was nervous about) the whole reservation went off without a hitch. The keys were in the spot designated, and the rest was history. I can't wait to go back this summer and stay again, which I am already planning. Thank you Vacation Rental Pros for a great week away!!

I will never use rental pros again. Worst experience I've ever had. Place was so dirty washer and dryer broken kitchen was so dated and dirty the mattresses had to be 20 plus years old. Please never use rental pros!!

The stay was great. We injoyed our selves very much. Great veiw of the beach. The only down fall was the mattress on the bed.

Our rental had RATS, the cable and internet didn't work for the whole week. Late we found out they weren't even supposed to rent it to us! I would NOT recommend this company!

These guys are not willing to work with you if there is a glitch (and we had couple). They are brokers so do yourself a favor and book from other people.

I rented four condos to give to my children as a Christmas present . It was all done very professionally and easy. It was great so I'm back again to reserve these condos for this summer again.

House was clean well fitted out and in an excellent location re beach and essential shops

Accommodations were great!!! Grandchildren felt right at home.

My husband and I have stayed at this wonderful little place for the last several years, and we love itit's right on the beach and the units are the perfect size for the 2 of us. It's in a convenienient location, close to everything, but private and the neighborhood is very sweet. The people who run Waterfront vacation rentals are very friendly and accommodating.

My wife and I had such a bad experience with this company earlier this year that I had to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General against them.

We booked a place for two months which turned out to be a dump. It started with the initial booking being a problem which should have been an indicator but I booked anyhow thinking it was a fluke. Upon arriving we could not gain access for the first few days because the lockbox would not work properly and the company did not respond to calls so we stayed in a hotel. After entering the rental it was a dump with broken windows, splintered floors and in no way was as described. After a few days we were moved to another property which was great but we were never able to settle in as they said we would need to move again because of bookings. It was a day to day hassle resulting in them eventually telling us we would need to pay a substantial amount to complete our prepaid stay of two months but we still did not know where we would stay so they told us we would need to vacate the property we were at.
This is a very brief description of a much more involved conflict over a 5 week period.
Bottom line is they ruined our two month vacation and treated us with disrespect.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my 67 years.

No agreement was reached and no settlement was offered. They said we reached an agreement which is more of the continued deceit and dishonesty of this company. No agreement was reached. I have in fact forwarded their fraudulent activity in updating my complaint to the Florida Attorney General.

The company offered to reimburse me for hotel expenses they had already agreed were owed in January but didn't pay. They then changed their offer requiring me to sign a document saying our differences had been resolved which they had not. I never agreed to their offer because they changed the reimbursement to a refund and called it a settlement.

Vacation Rental Pros is such a disreputable company and demonstrates such in their email to me where they contradict their own statements. I forwarded all this to the AG as well.

Be sure to keep copies of all email and contracts if dealing with Vacation Rental Pros. I am so glad I did.

We enjoyed our time at the Windjammer! Our rental consisted of two balconies, one facing the ocean, one facing the intercoastal!! The apartment was clean, updated, had everything we needed. We'll book here again!

Terrific condo and location

Condo was as described, a lock problem was quickly fixed.

Vacation Rental Pros was an easy company to work with. They have an almost unlimited selection of properties to choose from, the paperwork is straight forward as are the misc. fees that accompany the rental charge. I think the fees and taxes are a little steep but having said that, the property we stayed in looked exactly like the pictures and was clean and comfortable. We didn't have any issues with the property and had no reason to contact them during our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again for next year and will be staying for two weeks!
