They said I can reboot and then it will be refreshed, so I can connect to stripe. But this doesn't work. Communication is poor, no app should be this slow to load, website loading is extremely slow. It's the same layout and problems as 7 years ago when I used in another job.

This system works great if you have no time constraints, endless patience and are based in the US.
If you are a UK-based business, and looking for an efficient booking, payment and data management system, this may not be for you. I would certainly NOT recommend this for any chiropractic clinic.
This is the slowest server I have ever used (compared to practice hub, Jane, and Zoneee). The loading time is up to 10 seconds PER PAGE. Want to quickly click away from your notes? Careful theres no autosave function.
FREE READER? Careful, the one we got never ended up working and couldnt be connected to the system and it locked us into 12 months with vagaro.
Support? Again, you'll need patience. The replies by email are slow and call wait times even more painful.
Want to get hold of your patient data? Sorry. you'll have to individually download every single note you ever made, manually, in HALF SPEED, because you guessed it - 10 second load time per page. And even then, half the data from the previous page is still there, so lets RELOAD because the wrong notes are on the wrong client profile.
You think its pretty cost effective but loads of add-on features rack up super quick.
Another note, permissions feature needs WORK. So much you still cant do even as an 'admin'. Flip, this has been exhausting and glad to be leaving once i've spent 6 months moving all my data on my own. Cheers.
App for mobile was surprisingly efficient though.

The difference between what I had before for website & integrated booking system is from night to day! Jack and Estera have been brilliant. Jack helped me through the process of setting up the booking system, which I complicated, and Estera sorted out my website which I love. The only point I would bring up is that contacting Jack and Estera was difficult because emails didn't go directly to them which was frustrating. They became my contact and it worked well being able to deal with the same 2 people. They both deserve 5 stars

I have had a few technical hitches possibly due to the system being so new and the fact all the team are currently self employed. I am slowly starting to get to grips with the system. I had problems with the card machine connections not being compatible with the Mac Book so need to order another one. I feel more training would be good. I’ve not yet being able to put bookings on marketplace or do the website that we pay for either so these are things I do need help with.

Undoubtedly 5star experience, Jack has been absolutely helpful, supporting and assist you every time you need which I have had never before with any other booking providers. So far Vagaro seems the best to me, easy to use and book for the clients too.

Cannot express how great the Vagaro team have been with the set up of our personalised app and booking system!
Liam especially has been greater than great. His efficiency, hard work and dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. He really put us at ease and couldn’t do more to help. Absolutely nothing was too much or too complicated for him.

really excellent customer support/onboarding. We had a complicated situation to make the system fit our needs. Jack was really good at looking for solutions and workarounds. Ultimately, we decided not to use the system yet. But have a lot of confidence that when we finally move across, we will be well looked after.

Received a gift via Vagaro, found setting up a profile complicated and then had no idea where my gift was or how to use it, had to look through various folders until I found it, no flags or signposting, no instructions how to use it. Just awkward.

The employee Jack was so helpful and knowledgeable with how the system works he made any concerns evaporate immediately. He was able to answer questions and demonstrate how to do all the things required and if there was something that was outside the scope of Vagaro he was honest and clear and was able to offer ways to achieve the desired outcome that were within the scope of the Vagaro system. A system like Vagaro that has lots of great features can seem overwhelming at first but with the help of Jack all of that anxiety has been removed and I'm finding it quite intuitive actually system to use. All in all a great system, with great staff support!

Well what can I say…from the moment I joined Vagaro for my beauty business I have loved it!! It has made life so much easier all round.
A year later and I’ve now finally got a website and it’s all thanks to Estera Zainea, honestly she is unreal! She listened and took in everything I said and has created the most amazing website for me, my vision is now real life and it’s all thanks to her!!!
