Don’t ever buy it. It’s a totally waste of money. If you buy once they gonna keep on taking money from your account by putting you on subscription. Customer service is zero. Doesn’t matter how many emails you do , you no gonna get response from them. So it’s better not to try it.

I like their coffee. but i don't like their matcha. I don't know they are they continuing that. There is so much good matcha available in market. They should may be launch a decaf version of their coffee and I am telling you it will be game changer if their taste is right.

There's no way of contacting the vadham team unless through their email, to which they never respond to. The contact number that they have listed on their website is completely invalid and not a real number.
I started their subscription, which started off fine for the first delivery. Although, this second delivery has gone awful. The system was very prompt in charging me but not very much so with shipping the product. They charged me on the 11th and took them around 4 days to send me an email stating that they had shipped the parcel. When I went to royal mail to track this parcel, they simply can't track it, which is very odd. I can't even contact Vadham about this cause they never answer.
I'm having to dispute charges just to get my money back from them.
Never shopping here again.

A bad experience with thus company.... I didn't receive my delivery an d you don't any any number to contact them... And I can't even get my money back from them...

Ordered product, they say it was shipped promptly, and they say it arrived in good time. I checked on it and there is a picture of the mailroom... but no package. Well, at least I lost less money than some of the others here.

I Feel conned. I paid £15 for their welcome pack only to recieve 4 tea bags and a few coffee beans. DO NOT BUY THE EELCOME PACK. It will have you feeling far from welcome.A---------

This coffee did make me feel less cravings and hence i reduced my weight by 2KGs in last 3 months. It has really calming effect and only downside is it is not as strong. rest all its' great and free gifts keep coming which make it is easier.

I started their Ashwagandha Coffee in arounf November during their Black Friday Sale. I was very very skeptical at first because after trying so many adaptogenic coffees in the market which are plain powder - I thought this might also be something similar. But Wow! Wow! Wow! I am amazed how this is working. It has literally reduced my cravings to none. I really feel light. I started with their 1 Pack subscription and recently switched to 3 packs. My dad also started loving it. one thing i must say is that it has acquired taste but definitely 100X better than all those dusts and powders in the market. they can reduce the price though. but i understand, making this good a product must have been costly. but overall a must try

Although I enjoyed the taste of the coffee, after a few weeks I suffered from side effects- palpitations, dizziness, diarrhoea.

I ordered mushroom coffee for $50 right before Christmas, and I never received it. Despite emailing multiple times, I received no response. There is no phone number to contact anyone. Buyer beware—I've just lost $50 due to this fraudulent plus shipping

It took along time to arrive , inside the box a few teabags , a straw , cup 100 gms coffee , will not except a return
Complete ripoff , waste of money , do not bother

Do not use!!!! Scam, will not refund, do not track items, if send them out at all, so if they are lost then you lose your money!

I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience with Vahdam Teas. While their products are often praised, my issue has been with their customer service — or rather, the complete lack of it. I’ve emailed them multiple times regarding a refund I am owed, and despite giving them ample time to respond, I have received no reply at all.

It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when the issue is straightforward and concerns money already spent. A brand’s true quality shows not just in its products, but in how it treats its customers when something goes wrong. In this case, Vahdam Teas has fallen far short.

I can’t recommend them based on this experience. Until they learn to provide timely, reliable customer support, I would caution others to think twice before ordering. I really wish, I'd check the reviews beforehand

Recently bought their coffee - good taste & it actually works! Stress-eating free for the last 4 weeks:)

ZERO INTEGRITY!
The ONLY reason I purchased from this company was because I thought a known nutritionist had endorsed them.
This nutritionist put out a public statement on their instagram to say that this company had used an AI generated advertisement that she didn’t consent to.
This is unacceptable!!

I tried their Ashwagandha Coffee and within 40 days of usage, I realised that this has changed something. Initial few days, were okayish and I couldn't really sense it but within a month I felt less tired. I was able to sleep better and I am an avid coffee drinker so I was anyway having 2 cups a day. This KSM66 Ashwagandha is really something. Read about its' clinical usage as well and I realised that entire change is due to this KSM66

I have tried on numerous occasions to unsubscribe to Vadham's incessant email offers. I have requested their customer services but to no avail.
I have even used the "Block Sender" function but I keep receiving their pesky offers. They must have a found a way to get around my spam preference.
Vadham your marketing department is trashing your brand by bombarding with unwanted email offers. Please heed the customer's requests to stop unwanted emails.

The tea box i received is beautiful, as well as the tea packaged inside. It is sealed, but the faint scent of beautiful tea lingers within the little box.. it's a wonderful experience and I've had no issues so far, this is my first order.

In my experience, tea leaves should be open and able to let the water flow over them and around them as they steep. This is my first experience with this tea, but I read the claim that these little tiny tea balls are supposed to help it "stand up to milk". In my experience tea that looks like little chunks or balls is the leftovers after they have used the best of the tea leaves for higher quality teas and they use this for tea audiences that have no idea that this is the leftover bits. So now let's talk flavor. I let mine steep for over 8 minutes. I used more than I typically do in a cup of tea (loose leaf variety) and as one reviewer on Reddit said, I added cream because, "this type of tea stands up well to milk". It tasted watery with barely any flavor. If you like weak tea? This might work for you. Mine was a special "Christmas" tea. It smelled lovely, I only wish it had tasted as lovely as it smelled. Oh, and I gave it 2 stars because it was not at all bitter. In my experience a good tea won't go bitter even if oversteeped.

All my life I had drunk "Lipton" with the occasional specialty tea in a teabag until traveling in Kazakhstan we discovered Lipton sold better tea there than the US and I started to learn more and expand my horizons. Quality tea is worth every penny.
