Excellent service over the phone when booking...clear information with minimal fuss.
VaiVan was amazing from the initial point of contact - the customer service is immediate, professional, and extremely helpful with their responses they guided me through all the processes of obtaining a quote (VaiVan had given me an estimate in a few minutes over the phone, emailed them to me, and gave them to my phone number via a text message) I was so delighted compared to my previous experiences with other moving companies and their painstaking long procedure of merely too.
The two delivery guys were really nice very fast and efficient offloading to the exact place I asked. Furniture had been well looked after on the journey. Would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Furniture removal Brilliant service very easy to book…
Brilliant service very easy to book kept informed about pickup and when it was on its way to me. Informed on day of delivery throughout the journey up to me and arrived earlier than expected. The two delivery guys were really nice very fast and efficient offloading to the exact place I asked. Furniture had been well looked after on the journey. Would definitely use again VaiVan and would recommend 100%
to anyone.

Great service
Great service. Booking was a little tricky due to a new system but this was nicely recovered. The guys arrived on time, were courteous and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Van was nice and clean and our furniture was handled properly and secured well. Overall excellent service and nice people to deal with.

Two guys arrived promptly and did a brilliant job with a vintage sideboard. They had to move it out of what was a building site and then carry it up three flights of stairs. They carried it lovingly like it was a baby. They were polite and considerate.
