I ordered a printer for my phone ( $44.99 ) on March 11 , 2024 . As of today April13 , I have not heard from them . I e-mailed them but no response . I filed a dispute w/ my bank . It's your risk .

It should be 0. I ordered the printer ..for the phone. I only got the email then. No shipping updated..reply to email or contact. Others the same for what I see.
Unless I get a surprise It looks like a scam. Should I ask 🤔 for a refund?

I ordered a smart phone printer and have not received it. I have emailed multiple times with no answer. They don’t have a number to call either. They sent me an email survey, but no item. Very disappointed.

I received a 48v 20Ah battery that only lasted 5 miles then died after its first charge and battery that has also stopped working. I am expecting these to be replaced but I just received an email informing that your email sales@vladmall. is full Mr Raymond Henry

DON'T believe anything positive you hear about these guys. ALL the negative reviews are there for you to see.

Not the best and most reassuring communication from them and, after reading some of the comments here I seriously thought it was going to be a bad experience.
However, it turned out that the expensive item arrived even if a little late so I have no complaints.

Big time scam!! Don’t buy anything from this website.. I order something and got something else and not refunding the amount as well.

Should be a negative star selection...October 6th of 2021 I ordered a holographic projector finally in December I received a cheap looking mask that doesn't even work by the way!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you want to call it a company. These reviews did not show up till now. I see I'm not the only one. Not sure that makes me feel better or not🙃 WALK AWAY PEOPLE. I am truly surprised they haven't been shut down yet. PayPal stated that they are under investigation and will no longer be able to use their platform for transactions. I believe they got too big for their britches, you can only do so much out of your Apartment using a P.O. Box.

I also ordered the projector and got a mask. Have not received any response to my emails. This company needs to be reported somehow.

Total scam! I came here to complain about ordering a projector and getting a mask. And can't believe everyone had the exact same experience! It's clearly not a mistake. They did this on purpose.
I paid thru PayPal and after much back and forth. And having to file a police report. Seller offered me a full refund IF I send their garbage mask back to them... in INDIA. It costs at least $45 to ship it back! Valasmall knows exactly what they're doing. Scamming people.. I'm pretty pissed at paypal for allowing this to happen. Thought I'd be safe using them.

This company is terrible. I ordered a Halloween projector and received a Halloween mask instead. When I contacted the company no one responded. I have reached out 5 times. This company just scams people.

Never received parcel despite it saying its delivered. Tried to contact them daily by email, Facebook etc. Not one message back. Do not buy from them!

They have the worst customer service ever! Do not expect a reasonable response. This is a rip off!! Stay clear! If I could give negative stars, I would do that!
