Serious Violation of Third-Party…
Serious Violation of Third-Party Policies: Corporate Identity Theft and Fraudulent Tax Information.
Details:
I am requesting an immediate investigation and suspension of the platform "BravoRank" (bravorank.com), commercially operated by an entity claiming to be "Valensa Consulting LLC". This platform requires administrative access to local businesses' Google Business Profiles under a fraudulent legal structure, violating Google's trust and safety policies:
1. Corporate Identity Theft: In their legal terms, they claim to be "Valensa Consulting LLC" registered in Florida under State Document Number L22000272614. However, official records from the Florida Department of State (Sunbiz) prove that this document number belongs to a completely different and unrelated company named "VALENS CONSULTING LLC", located in Tampa, with a completely different Federal EIN, and owned by a different individual (Steven Curran).
2. False Tax Information: The Employer Identification Number (EIN) published on BravoRank's website (61-2211382) does not match any active corporate entity under their name. Furthermore, they lack any actual commercial or mercantile registry in Spain or Portugal, despite claiming in their policies to operate within European GDPR frameworks.
3. Anonymity and Obfuscation: The operators use a massive virtual office address in Miami (407 Lincoln Road, Suite 12N, Miami Beach, FL 33139) and a mobile phone number from Spain (+34 666 416 516) to hide the real identities of the individuals running the platform.
By deceiving users with falsified corporate and tax details to gain control over their Google Maps listings, this platform flagrantly violates Google's Third-Party policies regarding transparency, honesty, and misrepresentation. I strongly urge Google to terminate all partner, manager, or administrator accounts associated with these domains to protect the local business community from potential fraud.
