I would give minus 5 stars if I could. We bought a ultrasonic therapy for muscles and got a cheap blue light for acne. They only wanted to give at most 20% discount and ask for me to not leave a review. I still haven't seen even the insult of a refund. Also the package originally came from China but then had another label over the top of the original label from New York.
This place is a scam and a rip off.
I also reported them through he shop app as fraudulent

SCAM!!!! Fraud…do not buy!!!! Ordered a 3D galaxy light that was supposed to cover the whole room. Got a flashlight that has a whale the size of a basketball on the wall. They emailed me they could t give me a refund and tried to give me a percentage off of this item I wouldn’t pay a dollar for that paid 36 for. DO NOT BUY from this garbage company.

Valors-us is a scam company! Buyer beware! I ordered a multi function health meter and paid over $38 for it! They sent me a cheap pulse oximeter that was $8 if that and came from China after several weeks! Refuse to refund even after admitting their mistake, keep trying to get me to take a partial refund of pennies claiming they are out of the product, yet it is not what I ordered! Do not order from them, all you will get is lies, and your money gone!
