not ordering supplies for nearly a year is difficult sometimes. Your customer contact person did a great job to make sure what he heard is what I ordered. Before he hung up it was nice to be told 'have a nice day.'

This year 2014 the northeast was hit with a bad snowstorm. I tried everything. I saw your ad on you tube for snow & ice melter. I bought 2 boxes. They melt the snow on your driveway in minutes. I will buy this product again !!!!
