I was a little reluctant at first to commit to the purchase as some other reviews have been less than favourable. However I had an excellent experience with value basket. I am wrapped and will use the service again. Don't always believe what you read out there and try things for yourself. Well done Value Basket

Inmiddels 7 werkdagen verstreken, na een aanvankelijke bestelbevestiging geen mail meer ontvangen, laat staan een product. Inmiddels 2 x gemaild, maar ook hierop geen reactie. Het was een verjaardagskado, ernstig te laat dus... Ik begin nu ook te vrezen dat ik helemaal niets meer ga ontvangen. Lage prijs is leuk, maar ik heb nu wel spijt dat ik niet gewoon iets meer heb betaald via een site die zijn betrouwbaarheid al heeft bewezen.

Op 16-02-2016 een Apple Macbook air besteld en direct betaald. Echter al een paar mails gestuurd maar krijg geen antwoord. Nu ruim een week later nog niets ontvangen. Is dit een service?

I did a thorough research on the product and I chose Valuebasket simply because they offered the best price (unbelievable low compared to other outlets). The delivery service was quick and reliable. This would be my first stop for my next product and would recommend the site to family and friends.

The item arrived much earlier than anticipated with no damage.

My only concern on this site is that there was no mention that the item was coming from overseas. I purchase from Australian website to keep my money in Australia to protect Australian workers.

Hallo ValueBasket, vorige week dinsdag een bestelling gedaan bij jullie ordernummer 534429-995743. Afgelopen dinsdag verzonden (was gewoon in de afgesproken tijd, top). Alleen nu zie ik bij Track and Trace al 4 dagen lang staan dat de bestelling is aangemeld door de verzender. Hoelang duurt het nog voordat hij bij mij thuis wordt bezorgd of dat hij überhaupt wel wordt bezorgd?

Een mobiele telefoon besteld. Levering heeft paar weken geduurd. Omdat ik langer moest wachten zou er een usb stik ter compensatie bij zitten, deze was er niet bijgeleverd. Bij het in gebruik willen nemen van mobiel blijkt dat deze alleen buitenlandse functies heeft en niet in nederlandse taal ingesteld kan worden. Ben erg teleurgesteld en ga mijn bestelling ook retouneren.

Mijn bestelling zou ook met voorrang behandeld worden, zie ik in de status staan. Ik heb nu nog niets gehoord. Al een mail gestuurd, nog geen reactie.
Ik kan op de website niet eens een telefoonnummer vinden, iemand?

20-1-2016 een bestelling geplaatst waarbij staat geleverd in 5-8 werkdagen. we zitten nu op werkdag 10 en er staat bij mijn account: sorry, vertraging, uw bestelling wordt versneld verwerkt. versneld verwerkt?????? ik wacht al 2 weken en moet waarschijnlijk nog 2 weken wachten voordat ik mijn bestelling kan verwachten. nu komen ze met een compensatie van een 3-1 cleaning kit van € 6,99. dit is absurd en ze reageren met standaard emails met de info die op de website te vinden is. heel klantonvriendelijk over de telefoon en ze doen het juist overkomen alsof ze me nu juist helpen door het versneld te verwerken, dat begrijp ik al helemaal niet

I bought a Nikkor 50 MM 1.8 lens from Valuebasket.co.nz. It was my first purchase from them. I don't know why I didn't discover the website a lot earlier. They despatched the lens by Fedex which was amazing because the Nikkor 50MM 1.8 lens (like other products on the website) is priced so low. In fact, the second lowest price in New Zealand was more than $100 more than the Valuebasket price. Totally amazing!
It took just 5 days from ordering to delivery. Tracking on Fedex is a pleasure because it's real time. The lens was packaged so well that even a big drop wouldn't have impacted it.
The Nikkor 50MM 1.8 lens is an amazing lens. I've been wanting to do shallow depth of view (bokeh) shots on my Nikon D5500 and this one gives creamy, dreamy, almost perfect bokeh. The kit lens just didn't cut it although I plan to keep it for use why travelling and wide angle panoramas. If you want to carry just one lens with you all the time, then this is the lens of choice. Plus if you upgrade to full frame (FX) later, you don't need to buy a new lens.
Overall, a 100% satisfying experience.

Pretty sure this company is about to go under. Limited email response with a very generic message once received, no phone support.

I bought an item on the 11th Jan 2016 based on the 2-4 days or processing expecting it to be shipped within the 5-7 term provided online. All i get in my accounts inbox to date is the following

I just had a phone call with them after sending numerous emails to get a response and know they come back with item not available what a joke had this been the case in the first instance i should not have been able to order the item. I have know had to wait 14 days for them to tell me they do not have the item and would i like something else instead? The lady on the phone informed me that a representative has emailed me, but could not confirm the name of person nor time or email (i have received nothing).

I am now trying to arrange for a refund as they cannot deliver on there promise and that is equally painful. Completely disappointing specifically as i have spent hours trying to resolve this issue to no avail.
