You all need to be very careful with this seller. The items featured on the valzini.com site are a total FAKE. Their sizes, description, quality or origin, once you receive the goods, do not match the photos posted on the site. The pictures are stolen from the original manufacturers and what you get is a cheap, low quality chinese imitation. And they would not even bother to respond to buyers' emails or provide the customer with a valid return address. Total shame!

Ik heb 3 paar schoenen besteld. Waarvan ik 1 paar retour wil sturen maar je moet eerst hun een bericht sturen van redenen van het retour zodat je een retourformulier of adres krijgt. Ik krijg geen antwoord van hun terug zowel via e-mail, Facebook, whatsapp of telefonisch. Kijk uit met hier bestellen want je kan het niet meer retour sturen omdat je op geen enkele manier contact met hun kan krijgen.

Very disappointing experience with Valzini. The shoes I received run much smaller than the stated size, and the overall quality is far below expectations.

What is even more concerning is the lack of customer support. I contacted the company multiple times to request return instructions and received no response. This is not acceptable for an online store.

Until this issue is properly resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from this shop. Buyers should be cautious and carefully consider the risk before ordering.
