Pauline and her team are the best around very attentive and very efficient and thorough with whatever they do they literally cleared out all the clutter there was to be cleared and was absolutely the best i definitely recomend thank you guys soo much again I appreciate you🙏🏾

I have used this service for after builders cleaning. I am not only impressed by the quality of the service and their attention to detail but about their ethos as well. They are a very honest hard working company and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Super hardworking team of three doing an end of renovation clean. They were working from 1pm-11pm, were thorough and made the flat welcoming after a dusty renovation. I would recommend and use them again. They really do stay late until everything is clean.

The only bit I found challenging was the price on the day was 50% more than the original estimate (paid £750 instead of £500) and I had to pay it upfront before the cleaning started. However, having seen the team, the hours put in and the work ethic, it felt very fair and good value.

I call them people with conscience. My contact was Pauline and I was pleasantly surprise to meet this helpful lady and her team. The care, quality of work and the attention to detail was incredible. They work long hours and pay attention to detail. They go above and beyond to ensure their customer is satisfied. Am I glad to use them? of course I will do it again. Rip Off merchants, they upped their price due to reasons such as having floor to ceiling cupboards, large glass sliding doors and large kitchen island.
The worst thing is they didn't even clean the cupboards at the top with dust sitting at the top, kitchen island properly with dirt still on the island.
Other items they failed to clean were:
- Bathroom walls
- Showers
- Inside cupboard cabinets properly
- Sprayed our cupboards with polish and didn't wipe off properly now we have stained cupboards.
- After builders clean and they aren't able to get rid of any paint marks etc with their reason being they don't want to damage items - as professionals in this service they should be able to do this as they are charging prices to clean such items.
- window seals were cleaned or hoovered.

The hard thing is they want payment upfront so even if they do a poor job it's hard to get the money back. Top it all of the house wasn't even furnished so they had nothing obstructing them.

Was quoted £160 for a deep clean for a 1 bed flat. Upon arrival they changed that to £250 (apparently hits because the oven needed extra clean) seriously £90 extra just for an oven!!

This company’s services were totally unacceptable. I was asked by my son and daughter-in-law to handle the complaint to Vamoose Cleaners. They charged £1,270 for unsatisfactory cleaning of their new home. The previous owners had left it really clean. Just a cobweb or two. Tops of the doors and door frames needed cleaning and the carpets upstairs. The house was completely empty. However…they still charged us for DEEP cleaning of the following which were NOT in the house. It was completely EMPTY.
OVEN and HOB inside and out.
Refrigerator and Freezer inside and out.
Kitchen Appliances cleaned.
Washing Machine tray and rim.
Extractor DEGREASED.
Dusting and wiping down of ALL furniture in all rooms. It’s a 5 bed house with NONE of these!
There was no limescale, no mould, no grime anywhere. The carpets didn’t appear to be cleaned, the cobwebs left in the kitchen and thick dust hanging from the loft door ( so obvious to see). There were 2 skylight windows in the utility room which were dusty and slightly dirty these were untouched too. Their response to the complaint email I sent was quite rude and I was shocked. Dreadful service, awful customer service
I would say to all reading this BEWARE do NOT be trusting of this company as my daughter in law was, she went out and left them instead of watching them, … keep an eye on them at all times. DEFINITELY NOT to be trusted! Appalling!!

DO NOT USE. I hired Vamoose cleaning service to deep clean a two bedroom flat. It was noted that a deep clean was needed as the property had been neglected. Prior to arrival Vamoose were informed that neither bedroom was to be cleaned leaving a hall, kitchen, living room and kitchen. The text asking if this would change the agreed price was not answered. On arrival the operative looked around the property and no renegotiation of terms was discussed. The cleaning team were in the property for approximately 4-5 hours. It was evident that they had a further booking in the afternoon. Despite a resident being at the property they did not ask for there to be a check of their work, neither did they mention that they had broken a statue and the door of a tumble dryer. On inspection there were a number of areas that had not been cleaned and photos of this were sent via text. No response was received in regard to this. No response was given about the breakages.
Edit. They we’re not threatened with a bad review. They were given opportunity to make thing right. They were not asked to replace the tumble dryer, simply the restraining clips- a cost of £23.70. This inaccuracy is typical of the responses I received.

Excellent service and really professional!! Our bathroom was left by tenants in a complete mess but Pauline and her team done a brilliant job!!

I booked a deep clean for all the wood work in my home. Pauline attended to provide me with a quote and then also carried out the works with one of her employees. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality of work was impeccable. The care and due diligence put into the work with second to none and they went above what was required and expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Pauline and her team again and I will certainly book them again when required!

Good end of tenancy cleaning. Thorough and made sure the carpet was cleaned adequately for end of tenancy.

I would like to thank Pauline and her team for coming to the rescue. I really thought my mums carpets were past cleaning, they did an amazing job and the carpets look brand new. They even cleaned the kitchen floor too. Very good price and keeping me in touch with their arrival times which was a real help for my mum. Definitely recommend them. Thank you.
