Chan and his team provided an excellent service and took all the stress out of organising a sit-down supper for 40 guests. Everyone thought the food was delicious, and the staff were charming, professional, and attentive throughout the evening.
I would highly recommend them for any function. I’ve also attended other parties they have catered, and without exception, guests always speak highly of both the food and the service.

Vamos Paella was a fantastic choice for our wedding! Their communication was excellent leading up to the big day, and the paellas they prepared were mouthwatering. The chefs added charm to the entire experience. Without a doubt, we'll be repeat customers and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Amazing catering provision for our ruby wedding anniversary party. From initial contact, menu choice and flexibility, to just outstanding food and service on the day. Everyone was just brilliant, and the choices of canapés, tapas, paella (3 types - meat, seafood and vegan/vegetarian) were all outstanding, as was the service from the guys and the drinks and canapé/tapas distribution by Katie and Helen. Just fantastic service and I would thoroughly recommend them for any occasion!

I booked Chan and the team at Vamos Paella for my 50th Birthday Garden party in May.

From my initial email enquiry through to working out how we'd organise everything and the event itself, Chan was brilliant. He was very clear, helpful and straightforward to work with throughout.

Food wise - seriously - it was stunning! Paella is such a crowd pleaser but done the Vamos way and with the help of a little sunshine, family and friends it's a sure fire winner. All tastes and diets catered for with minimum fuss and great tapas and salads to compliment the main event.

We had so many positive comments on the day and afterwards. I'd recommend Chan and his team 100% and hope to have a good excuse to book Vamos again in the future.

We had Vamos Paella cater for our Macmillan charity golf day at Sedlescombe golf club and they was fantastic..
Chan and Nick were great guys and they cooked a fish paella, meat paella and a vegetable paella and the food was stunning!
We had 110 people to feed and the feed back was 100% positive.. paired with the hot weather you could have been tricked into thinking you was in Spain!

We can't praise Vamos paella enough. Melissa was patient and helpful in the planning, both in choosing the menu and helping advise what tableware we needed to hire. The food was delicious and presented beautifully and the chefs friendly and helpful. The food was served to the table for guests to share in dishes that guests said were just the right size for passing round. All in all a very good experience that we recommend highly.

Wow - Vamos Paella were truly amazing at our Wedding at Hadsham Farm last week.

Melissa was brilliant from start to finish - from the tasting at her home in Brighton, to helping us work through our menu and making sure we had everything set for the day.

The chefs, Chan & Ashleigh were fantastic and cooked 3 delicious paellas for our 130 guests to enjoy. The lamb, pine nut and preserved lemon was our absolute favourite - it was to die for.

Vamos catered for all of our dietary requirements, were really professional and very reasonably priced for wedding catering.

If you are considering going with Vamos - do it, you won't regret it!!!

Vamos Paella were completely wonderful from start to finish. The booking and planning process was completely seamless, the set-up was incredibly slick and unobtrusive, the chefs were an absolute delight, and last but not least, absolutely all the canapes and of course paellas were SO delicious and all our guests adored it! Exceptional service from Vamos Paella for our daughter’s recent wedding. From all the brilliant advice beforehand through to the slick operation on the day, we felt in safe hands with Melissa and her fantastic team. We have had lots of fantastic feedback from our guests for the delicious and plentiful canapés and the amazing paellas served to the tables. I really recommend Vamos Paella if you are hosting a big event, they were fantastic!

What can I say about Vamos paella! The reviews were good as was the correspondence with Melissa however having never met the staff or sampled the food there was a little apprehension in the back of our minds. We didn’t know how the day would go with the staff or how the food would truly taste. We needn’t have worried! The staff were like magic fairies who sorted everything without any bother, the tables were made beautiful, the delicious canapés flowed until people couldn’t eat any more, the wine and Prosecco was perfectly distributed the entire time, the wedding cake was cut to perfection and the paella was DIVINE!!! never have I ever had such amazing food at a wedding, it’s quite literally all our guests have talked about! Ritchie and the staff were spectacular and helped make our day all the more special! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Vamos Paella!

Chan & Adrian were great, efficient, arrived on time and got everything set up with minimal fuss. The tapas and paellas were fantastic, very high quality and good sized portions. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality food and great service for their event.

Vamos Paella provided the catering for our daughter’s wedding reception in our garden this summer. I cannot praise them highly enough- excellent from start to finish. Melissa liaised with us really well and helped us work out a timetable for the day. Her input was invaluable. The food was absolutely delicious and many of the guests commented on it. Melissa and the catering staff were superb on the day itself- helping everything to run really smoothly without being intrusive. They were all lovely people and very friendly and polite. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

We had Vamos Paella at our wedding ceebration - it was absolutely amazing and so free of worries. All from paying deposit in early spring to final invoice after our event went really smoothly.

We had 3 choices of paella and only had good feedback from our guests - adults and kids!
Only tiny thing I can point out is that all our guest was full, but we had ordered 10% too much (do to cancellations (corona....)) and we only had 3 dishes left over after people had had second rounds. That said we did have some big lads amongst the guest who eats a lot. So an other time we might order the salads as well to be sure. But we wouldn't doubt booking a second party with catering from Vamos Paella!

The food was incredible and we have had so many people talking about it. Chan and Marek cooked for us and produced something that became quite a special part of our day (and one that I was most nervous about). Completely self-contained, they fitted onto our site plan without any fuss, delivered the food exactly when they said they would. We had many allergens, special diets and all of this was taken into account. Special mention to Melissa in the office who dealt with our ever changing guest list. And all with a smile! Zero regrets booking these guys.

WOW !!! We recently had Vamos Paella to cater for our wedding party . The paellas were delicious and plentiful with lovely salads and bread and wonderful desserts too . All our guests were extremely impressed . The staff were so professional and nothing was too much trouble . Would thoroughly recommend for any occasion .

We LOVED Vamos Paella. They were amazing to communicate with in the run up to our wedding, and then the paellas were completely delicious and the chefs charming. We will 100% be using them again and would recommend them to anyone!
