Dress nothing like advertised at all, cheap fabric and no option of a full refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a dress in size 3xl, a couple of hours later I noticed that another dress in a size 8 had also been added to the order and charged for. I contacted them by email to dispute the order of the 2nd dress and they did remove it from the order and refund me for it. The original dress however is awful, poor quality material, no labels anywhere on the item which would make it impossible to return. Now stuck with an outfit I can't wear and out of pocket by £42. Avoid at all costs!

Dress was nothing like advertised ,you can’t get a refund and they sent replacement trousers and told me to keep dress, the trousers were supposed to be an adult large but they are tiny and short and would fit a child, what a load of cheap crap

Wish I’d read the reviews as all are so truthful, cheap Chinese crap , no refund actually wasted £48 for a wedding guest outfit!!!! If your reading this AVOID 😡

Absolute shitte!!! The dress I ordered was not what i received. They will only offer a partial refund even after pictures of the poor quality dress was sent. They absolutely do not adhere to your consumer rights. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Giving one star because minus isn't available. Absolute scam site. Ordered a dress, bit apprehensive, and should have took heed. Rubbish quality. Nothing remotely similar to what I ordered. Didn't realise until I had ordered and paid by PayPal that it was coming from China. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Have requested refund, but not holding out much hope.

It would be zero but the star system does not allow. This is a Chinese company selling very poor quality 100% polyester fabric and poor quality. The clothes advertised do not look like the products and I suggest avoid like the plague. The advertisement suggests heavily discounted dresses but what you receive are probably £5 max price and will never be prices as seen these are a scam company. Avoid. Avoid.Avoid as you will not get your money back when complaining

Dress arrived from China - what a load of rubbish- nothing like the photo - just a very very cheap imitation dress- you are buying a copy not the real thing- AVOID

Wasted a lot of money. No indication the dresses would be shipped from China and take weeks to arrive. I've basically paid UK boutique prices because that's where I believed I was buying from, for Shein quality and service! Furious. Dont buy

I bought a dress for £42.95 incl postage and was mistaken in thinking it was a uk based company based on their facebook posts. I was very disappointed with the quality as the fabric is cheap, didn’t look like the product promoted and would have got this for a fraction of the price from Shein. You can’t get a refund just a credit and you need to pay to ship back to China - what a waste of my money. I left comments on Facebook posts to give company a chance to respond but they’ve been deleted and I’ve been blocked. Says it all!

Please do not buy from this website. I bought a dress that had the delivery address from the uk on it and when I tried to return it they wanted it sent to China. Customer care was appalling and I am left with a dress I don’t want which cost me £35.00.
