Absolute scam! The 5-star reviews have to be fake.
The clothes are cheap, costume-like, worse than temu quality knockoffs what's pictured. They are sized WAY too small. Like I ordered an XL and had a tailor measure them (I had to submit a letter from a professional to the bank to get my money back!) and she said nothing measured larger than an 8.

First you order the clothes.
Second they take over a month to get to you.
They arrive and are garbage, you complain.
They tell you keep the clothes and they'll give you 10% back, then 20%, then 30% discouraging shipping them back (because they won't accept them and they'll be returned to you and now you've spent another $50 to return them)
You dispute the charge with the bank
They dispute your dispute, saying you never contacted them.
The bank requests a letter from a professional evaluating the clothes...
And that's where I'm up to now.
Save yourself the time.

My sister and I ordered a dress nearly 4 months ago and just get excuses via email why we haven’t received it. This is fraud I believe, I’m hoping nobody else gets caught out.

Scam artists from china sending cheap quality clothing then not wanting to give refunds on items that aren’t the same as advertised. They are not from Melbourne which is what I thought with their name. AVOID buying anything from this company

I bought a pair of shoes. They were the wrong size as the guide was inaccurate. They agreed to take the shoes back in line with their policy. Fine so far. But they wanted them posted to China even though the shoes were sent from a Sydney address and they call themselves Vanhallen Melbourne. They offered me a partial refund instead of posting back to China. I took the refund but would never ever deal with them again as the sizing is misleading and the cost to send back to China is prohibiitive. My experience having done this before with another company is that they deny receiving the goods back into China and then its a big fight to get my refund. Lesson learnt again- buy from a reputable Australian Co. or an overseas one that can be relied upon if the goods are faulty or need to be returned for some other reason.

Look for $65 I wasn’t expecting much. But thought I would give them a try.
Turns out, “ virgin wool” means viscose, polyester and nylon!
And silly me, I assumed that Van Hellen Melbourne was a shop in actual Melbourne
Otherwise the jumper is ok but for a few dollars more I could get a real merino wool jumper from an actual Australian retailer
Oh well

For a start it’s not from Melbourne it’s definatly not worth the price it’s cheap crap worth about $25 the colour is not pale pink it’s a hot pink and I repeat the quality of the material is terrible and not worth $60-$70 whatsoever absolute rip off

This is not a Melbourne based business,the goods are very poor quality from china. The jumper I bought is a waste of money and for what I paid I could have had far better quality elsewhere. Save your money!

Italian coat was advertised as a branded coat, priced at $99. Ordered it and when received it was a total piece of crap. Veryyy bad quality material was used. When reached out for refund they kept on saying if you return you might have to pay extra for international custom so you will end up in minus. Never ever going to buy anything from them.

Can you give 0 stars? This is a scam site offered poor quality (I got a men’s suit that would fit a small child) offers no refunds no returns. It pretends by saying you can buy something else or you get 20% off. It’s not an Australia abn but runs out of Netherlands with dropping ship from China. If you look at the pictures they are copies from many other sites also a scam. Reverse search image to see. Also, they pay for Google ads so their sites are rated as sponsored and next to legit ones. People can easily be mislead and no matter how many people report - it just redesigns the font, reuses pics posts again.

DO NOT BUY. It is a scam site, whatever you order will NOT be CLOSE to what was advertised. Not even comparable to a Temu/Shein version. Refund will cost you more than half the cost of the item to return. Stupidly used this site without background checking. Company in Amsterdam, products from China.

Unfortunately I didn’t read reviews first ordered 2 shirts, took forever to arrive, and then when they did the shirts were so not even similar to the pictured items.. this looks like a reputable Amsterdam clothing company, but is really a Temu type site from China.. don’t do it!!! Waste of money!!

They lie in every communication, was literally waiting to find out what the scam was. They swap out half your order with tagless $5 curtain material replicas. Do not!

Very bad experience i first purchase my order on this website 1 week later I received a email saying can you provide us with your correct address details and i email them back saying my address is on the purchase order i put through to them which they accepted and accept the payment through i hope I get my order soon

This store is a total scam. They infer they are an Australian shop. They list an address in the Netherlands and the goods come direct from China.
The clothes are garbage. They say you can get a refund but then try to talk you out of getting one. When you finally get a return address it is in China with no company name. The goods get stuck somewhere in China and they refuse to give you your money back. A total scam.

Terrible do not buy from this company. They offer a 100% refund and then when you try to send items back they explain that they need to be sent back to China and offer you a 20% refund and suggest you give the clothing to charity. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Its all cheap clothing from SHEIN/CHINA

Awful quality, prices are like in Australia but quality is unacceptable. This is really a misleading name - it is nothing to do with Australia. Goods are stitched together somewhere in a dingy shop in china. I wouldn’t even donate their goods as the quality of the material is so unfriendly to your skin. They offer you 15% of refund or you have to pay for shipping fees. This site needs to be removed from Australian ISP.

Stay away they are a scam. Poor quality and won’t let you return- keep offering a refund instead of an Australian return address. Very dodgy

Massive scam site. Do not buy from these guys. They are NOT an Australian store. They ship from China, send poor quality goods which take a month to arrive, and then refuse to provide refunds - instead of providing a refund they try and give you a 10-15% discount, and threaten you with exorbitant shipping fees to return the items.

Scam website claims to be Australian clothing brand but address is in Amsterdam. Tried to return clothing and they told me they would send me another size if paid for shipping.
They didn’t have the next size so asked for a refund. They offered 10% refund and I could keep the item (that doesn’t fit and I don’t need). Dodgey dodgey dodgey. Website says item takes a week to arrive took a month (because they don’t operate in Australia) AVOID! AVOID! AVOID like the plague!!!

I would not give this company any stars if I could. I ordered a cashmere jumper from them. The item I received bears little resemblance to the online garment. It is unwearable, made of polyester or similar, has no size or fabric labels, and the garment construction is not the same as the online garment.
I asked for a return address, was strung along by being asked to send photos, and then offered a 10% refund. I don't want the item, I want a return address, and they are reluctant to be of real assistance. I will never buy from this company again.
