Wonderful Service from the Vanilla Blue Team. They helped me make adjustments as needed and communicated clearly regarding the finalisation and delivery. The delivery driver was helpful bringing the items into my fridge. The food was delicious and received high praise from my guests.

Hi Jacqueline. Thank you for the feedback, and we're glad you enjoyed the taste! We'd love to understand a bit more about what happened with your hot food, firstly, we are so sorry that it was not up to your standard! What time were you serving/eating the food? Our records show delivery was at 4:35pm, so timing shouldn't have been a factor on our end. It's worth noting that hot food tends to hold its temperature best when there are other hot items alongside it, on its own, a single hot dish can cool faster, even though it's still lovely at room temperature. That said, we know it should have been served hot, and we want to make sure that happens. Please do reach out to us directly so we can look into this further. Thanks again for letting us know :)

Amazing Food!
It's so great that Vanilla Blue Team designed a menu based on a couple of info I gave them. Incredibly easy to communicate with as well and the food was fantastic! People loved the Buffalo chicken breast and Pesto pasta.

Catering through Vanilla Blue
Ordering was easy, choices were great.
Very accommodating when ordering. Prompt delivery however there was a mistake and one of the items ordered was not delivered, instead a different item was delivered. Upon calling Vanilla Blue they sorted out the issue. I would definitely order catering from them again.

Seamless and stress-free
I found the booking process incredibly easy, with a great variety of options available on the website and plenty of photos to help with selection. The reminder email sent the day before, followed by a delivery update on the day, was a thoughtful touch and enhanced the overall experience. Most importantly, the catering arrived exactly when promised. Unlike other providers I have used in the past, there was no need to follow up or chase delivery, which made the process seamless and stress-free.
