The eyelets are wrong and the floor toggle doesn't fit into the eyelets so the mate slides about.

I ordered a set of rubber mats, however a set of carpet mats turned up. I called Customer Service only to be told I was lying, and in fact I had ordered something I did not want.

Good mats just a word of warning if ordering for a transit connect swb order the lwb. Other than that great customer service 🤙

Rubbish quality defects were unbelievably bad and to have so many defects in 2 pieces how these get passed quality control to actually be sent out to customers is frightening especially when you see the good reviews makes me think these are made up I have photos to upload so people can see these for real. This will not allow me to download these pictures shall try other ways

Purchased rubber mats for my 2024 ford transit, two of the fixings were in the wrong place and it absolutely stinks to high heaven, rendering it useless, Emailed Dan @ Van Mats where he requested multiple pictures (which is fair) but very tricky to send a picture of the smell........

Purchased a front cab mat for my Chausson Motorhome which is on a Ford Transit platform. It’s a great fit, good quality and arrived quickly. Highly recommended!

Getting concerned. Not received an update since I ordered 10 days ago. I’ve emailed them and used their contact form but have had no response. I can’t find a telephone number to contact them by this method and beginning to get concerned.

Mats arrived and didn’t fit!
Initially contacted and received a reply asking for images… these were sent (3 times) Despite over a dozen e-mails later still had no response.
Looking at the reviews I guess they get it right most of the time but be aware if they don’t you won’t get your money back and be stuck with the wrong mats.
They have no contact number so It leads me to believe it’s company policy to ignore issues and play the percentage game.
Use someone else.

Would give a zero is possible. They took 16 days to say they made my order, then lied and said it was shipped even though the courier confirmed it was never picked up, now 4 weeks on from original order i have no mat, no refund and no communication. Avoid this company.

customer service is good always answered phone or emails -i was worried as i hadn't had a confirmation from website about order but after phone call they sent me a screen shot apparently the website was not working right. I went for the deluxe carpet looks and feels very nice - would of been a 5 but yodel tracking is shocking- but my mat for a VW T4 did turn up within 5 days so i guess its personal expectation. - but i would definitely use van mats uk again.

Terrible company to deal with. Do not deliver on time like there Web site says they will , would not recommend and definitely not use again . Steer clear of of them , Terrible

I contacted the vanmats.Co.uk team as I wasn’t sure if I had ordered the correct rubber mats for my Ford Transit van… but I had actually already ordered! They asked me to send a few pics and it turned out they wouldn’t fit. The customer service was excellent and they changed my order to one that would fit. When it arrived it turned out the new set didn’t have mats for the crew cab (like the one I’d ordered) so again I contacted them and they arranged a new delivery for me! They’re FAB and really finish the van off plus keep it so much cleaner than carpet ones. Thanks so much for such great service!

Put my reg in their website to check suitability. Ordered the mats they advised would fit all Ford Transit Custom DCIV twin sliding door 2015-2018 but they did not fit.

They will not refund as i ordered the rubber mats with grey trim which is a customisable finish. All they offered is 40% off replacement mat that (might) fit.

Why would I buy off them again? There’s no phone number. The company hides behind email contact. I cant get hold of a manager to discuss.

Got the heavy duty rubber mats (4 sets). For the price good value and decent fit.
Note sure if the delivery instructions (company hours) weren’t passed on to courier or courier ignored , but managed to get them delivered.

Great quality 5mm rubber mats and a rear rubber mat for my work van . very pleased with the mats and quick delivery.

I ordered the mat for my Fiat Ducato which has been converted to a horsebox. As the colour of the horsebox is light grey, I ordered a grey and black trim around mat. Very happy with the mat and it fits the area perfectly. Came with a bit of a smell, like strong tobacco but assume this will fade.
