I made an enquiry about replacing my current fleet as I am unhappy with current provider, the service is usually very poor. But after discussing everything I needed with a young lady called Olivia Hornby, everything was sorted and wrapped up with in a week, from deciding on vans to arranging credit and delivery, excellent service!

I had a great experience with Lara, she was helpful and informative without being pushy, I called a few times with different queries on vehicles and she provided me with all the information I requested as well as leaving me to decide which vehicle best suited our business needs.

Do Not Use
Vans turn up filthy. They don’t come with the components that were agreed they would. I wouldn’t use them again in the future and unfortunately i’m now stuck with this van until I can give it back and use a decent company

We recently ordered two van's from Van Ninja, I dealt with Lara through the ordering process. If i was rating Lara alone I would have given Van Ninja 5 stars. Unfortunately the Vans turned up filthy dirty, one of the vans had the drivers crisp packets left in the door pocket. Not what you would expect.

Lease deal
Picked my new van up today, staff very friendly and kept me up to date with every step of the process. From first enquiry about leasing a new van to receiving it took 6 days very impressive and would highly recommend to anyone
