Brought metal plates to stop break ins !
Great service. reasonably priced and good quality. Even messaged me via wts ap to show me how they look on a van and what ones I needed.
Definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again.

This company doesn’t value their customers

This company installed 2 locks on my van.
The 2 locks have 5 years warranty.
One of the locks isn’t working anymore (within 5 years warranty). I called them to fix / change the lock.
- At first they wanted to charge me, they said they didn’t have proof of payment when the locks were installed.
So I sent them proof of payment ( payment was done online) They definitely had records of my payment.
- It took a month since the first time I contacted them about the issue to arrange a date to fix / change the lock.

They finally came and told me that my actual door handle had issues which was a lie.
They didn’t even try changing the actual lock that was faulty which they installed.

Dear Mr Durrojesu,

I’m sorry that you have felt the need to write this review. We did indeed request a copy of the invoice for work originally carried out in 2021, and when you were unable to provide one, we agreed to come and repair your fault free of charge when you were able to provide a proof of payment to us. This didn’t include any record of the work we originally carried out for you, or on which vehicle. Nonetheless, we came to you in good faith, with all parts required to rectify your fault at no cost to you. If we did not value our customers, we would not have come to you in the first place.

Upon arrival, our technician was unable to release the central locking on your back door, and after calling in to our office for assistance and sending us videos of the fault, we also were unable to help him unlock your van. He was also unable to get to the inside of the doors to investigate the fault due to the back of van being full to the ceiling. We tried to explain the issue to you, but when you became aggressive, abusive and threatening, it was not safe for him to remain on site. We have never had a situation before where a technician has felt so threatened he felt the need to drive off with his side door open, and I sincerely hope we don’t have another. We do everything we can for our customers, but we do not tolerate aggressive and abusive behaviour, and calling the office to shout down the phone and then hang up on our office staff is also not acceptable.

Our technicians are there to help, if you read our other reviews it is plain to see how hard we try to do everything we can for our customers. We could have fixed your issue today had you allowed us to finish explaining what we needed to do to help you.

Great services & knowledge

Great services & knowledge . After having our van easily broken Into. Called Vansecure who came out the next as it was an emergency. Toby was a wealth of knowledge making sure we did the right things. Repaired the damage and secured the van. He’s since been back twice more. Can’t recommend them more.

High professionalism and customer satisfaction

Today my Ford Transit Custom was fitted with 4 level security locking system and protection from Van Secure and I would like to say I'm so so happy how Toby and his son made it so professional, so clear and clean instaled so makes me feel proud I choose this company and highly recommended him and Van Secure. Please don't hesitate to ask them for any type of vans as they replying fast and can makes you feel in secure hands.
