Contacted me through my personal email instead of through the selling platform. Huge red flag. Feels like a scammer fishing for sourcing information.

They are bullies and very unorganized. I received emails to stop selling Vionic shoes in new condition which none of my listings were new plus several emails accused me of listings that were in Poland and not even mine. This has happened multiple times and I replied telling them that and they keep sending me additional threats with a list of international listings and I currently have ZERO Vionic listings. I will also never buy from Vionic for personal use because they partner with this scam company.

Absolutely outrageous experience with Bose and their attack dog, VantageBP LLC. I’m a legit seller, and these clowns slap me with a threatening ‘prove it or else’ letter over Bose products—like I’m some back-alley counterfeiter.

They demand invoices, sources, my blood type, you name it, all while waving their ‘authorized channels’ nonsense like a royal decree.

Their heavy-handed tactics and guilt-until-proven-innocent attitude are a slap in the face to honest entrepreneurs.

Tell Bose and VantageBP to shove their ‘intellectual property’ where the sun doesn’t shine—I’m done with their bullying.

This business representing HDMI LA took down one of my listings on eBay, claiming trademark infringement on the word "HDMI." However, my item is from a manufacturer that has been an HDMI adopter since 2010, and our item is an HDMI-licensed device.

According to HDMI licensing, the finished product manufacturer has to be licensed, not required for the brand, sellers, or distributors.

There was no prior communication before the takedown, and they did not respond to our emails requesting clarification or evidence of the infringement. If they had answered our emails, we could have provided evidence that this item is licensed and that this takedown was unjustified.
