Great experience during my used car purchase
I'd recommend Vantage Toyota Leeds to a friend because they did a fantastic job from start to finish. With the initial autotrader call Jordan talked me through the car and the service work they planned to do on it which got me through the door so to speak. At the dealership Mike the manager, and Sam, were both also great. On collection day my schedule was quite tight and Mike managed to fit me in at a great time so I could drive away happy. Cheers!

I recently purchased my first hybrid car — a Yaris Cross Dynamic AWD‑i — from Vantage Toyota Preston, and I want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Alasdair.
From the moment I arrived, he made the whole experience smooth, stress‑free, and genuinely enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood the features of the car and the finance options.
As a first‑time hybrid buyer, I really appreciated how knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive he was. Nothing felt rushed or pressured — just honest, helpful guidance.

Long Standing Customer
Toyota, Leeds. After many years of great service, I no longer wish to be affiliated with the Vantage Group. Calls, emails and messages go unanswered. Estimates (for both necessary and unnecessary work) have increased. Poor servicing. I don't would to be grovelled at for custom, but I would have expected someone to query why I no longer wish to do business with them.

I'd endorse Vantage Toyota Preston because I dealt with Mark K who was extremely helpful throughout the process.
