Our complete focus is on offering you exceptional customer service, replicating an in store experience for you online. We do this with a UK based customer service team that are human only and available 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year (including Christmas Day!).

Great vape shop

Plenty of successful orders from here and genuinely good prices with rapid delivery.
However - no vape uk chocolate arrived with my last order :D

They advertise and speak about nicotine…

They advertise and speak about nicotine dosages in a way I never heard before in 10 years vaping. I wanted to buy low nicotine pods and bought some from them advertised at 2% nicotine instead of 20mg. I tried to return them when they arrived but they only offered to send me a link to buy more and they kept calling them 1% or 2%... 20mg is the maximum legal dosage a pod can contain calling it 2% is trying to confuse people. It has been always called 20mg and it says 20mg on the pod box.

We’d like to clarify that 2% nicotine and 20mg/ml nicotine are equivalent measurements. The product you received is 20mg/ml (2%), which is the strength stated on the packaging. We use percentage terminology on some of our product listings because nicotine strengths can be displayed in different formats, but we certainly have no intention of misleading or confusing customers.

We’re also sorry if our previous communication did not make this clear or if you felt your return request was not handled as you expected. We always want customers to feel confident that they know exactly what they are purchasing, and we’ll take your feedback on board when reviewing how the nicotine strength is presented on our website.

As a gesture of goodwill, we have now refunded your order in full. We will also email you separately to confirm that the refund has been processed :)
