problem was with Royal mailing.I…

The problem was with the mailing.I chose Royal Mail 48 tracked and it took 5 days.I had wanted the vapes sooner,so the lesson is use this company but don't select the Royal Mail option for delivery.The actual products were good and no problems

Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.

When you actually have an issue they are so unhelpful. Was sent the wrong/damaged items, just wanted replacements or refund to repurchase. Several messages were completely ignored. Finally get hold of them and took nearly 6 weeks to sort a return/replacement, they then send it to the wrong address. Clearly have no intention of helping with this. Won't be returning.

Brilliant company

Brilliant company. I’ve used them for over a year now and they’re my go to for vapey needs. Decent loyalty rewards and brilliant service everytime. I live at the opposite side of the country but their website and customer service is top notch. It’s just easy!

Never received the order.

Royal mail never received the order, support hasn't yet responded from either. It has been 2 weeks and nothing.

Ok sometimes

Ok, you've asked me for a review. I've shopped with you around 6 times now. You sell elfa pods at the best price. I have been sent unboxed ones in the past, but I think the quality was ok.
My big gripe is packaging, why can't you send them out packaged so they slip thru a letterbox (like Specsaver contact lenses)they're always box shaped & require me to be in to accept delivery, I live in terraced housing so no "safe space".
My first order (I was a bit green about vaping) YOU sent me the wrong vape, it was incompatible with the pods. In order to get the correct one, I was required to post it back at my own expense. The person I spoke with about this told me they were very busy, had other customers trying to get through, "I'm a customer" I had to say! I did this assuming I would receive a credit of some sort, I didn't. When I emailed, it was ignored.
Their customer care is zilch.
And who else charges £2.99 insurance & protection, just call it p&p. I wont order from you again, another company sells pods at the same price if I buy in 3s. Their comms & customer care, second to none.

Regarding the Elfa pods, we’re glad to hear you were happy with the pricing and quality. About the packaging, we understand your concern. Some items come in rigid manufacturer boxes, which unfortunately cannot be flattened for letterbox delivery without risking damage, but we will pass your suggestion to our dispatch team for review.

We’re sorry to hear about your first order experience. When an incorrect device is sent back to us, we do follow the standard return process so we can exchange it correctly. We apologise if the communication at that time felt rushed — that certainly isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. You should never feel brushed off as a customer, and we’re sorry if that was the impression given.

As for the £2.99 “Insurance & Protection” fee, this is optional and covers loss or damage during transit. It isn’t compulsory postage — delivery remains free — but we will review the wording to ensure it’s clearer.

Lucky to even get 1 star. No communication. Order and website says 48 tracked delivery eith Roath mail ....nope a week more like. Terrible music information and not helpful customer service as gave me the same repeated answer....we're so sorry and blamed royal mail. Do not use. Waste of time and money!

Understand that shipping is a cost, but is protection needed as post by Royal Mail should be secure..!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the protection fee. Royal Mail generally handles parcels securely; however, the Insurance & Protection option is there to cover situations where a parcel is lost, damaged, stolen after delivery, or handed to the wrong person.

All insured orders are also sent using signature delivery, which adds an extra level of security and helps protect both the customer and the order.

The protection is completely optional, and you can remove it at checkout if you prefer.
