Since finding Vape at your door I've had excellent customer service! If by chance an item or flavour is not available (very rare) they WhatsApp to allow you to choose another allowing your order to be delivered very quickly.

The products have full descriptions and helpful advice before you buy. The products i have received have vwey satisfactory . Deluvery has aleays been prmopt and on time. Any queries or probkems have been quickly resolved by veey helpful staff.

Great customer service. Previously i ordered the same products and they were unable to complete the full order. They messaged me and communicated with me that there was an issue. We discussed other products and agreed on replacements and they arrived when they were meant to.

Easy website to understand and although they did not have the product in stock what I wanted they messaged me and see if I wanted another product and even thought my other product cost more they compensated it because of product not being in stock thankyou would use this website again in future

One of my parcels from has gone missing but they contacted me and r sending me out a new order witch is very kind of them over all I am please with the service

Parcel never arrived, even after paying for next day delivery. Dan, did a great job at informing me of what he could do to help after my parcel arrived yet couldn’t chase up royal mail to find my package and get it sorted. Not really your company’s fault but could have done better to help out a customer. Unfortunately i won’t return to use your website unless the parcel arrives eventually and i’ll take up the offer of free shipping and discounted price on a new order.
