I have purchased from vapecloseouts for over a year and I have always had a good experience. price and communication, and quick shipping. I was skeptical at first because there are so many scams out there but they are a great company.

Great customer service

Great customer service. They were out of part of my order and they called me to let me know and suggested a proper replacement! We then continued correspondence via text. Products are #1 also.

Good Customer Service

Ordered three Escobars from the website, and unfortunately none of them worked. To be fair, the vapes I ordered were older stock, so I can’t necessarily place full blame on the company. They did offer replacements, but I chose to request a refund instead, which was processed quickly without any issues. I appreciate the fast shipping and the prompt, professional customer support.

Love the customer experience

Love the customer experience. They always reach out if there is any issue with the orders and always so polite. Haven't been putting in as many orders because of stocking issues with the icy blast flavors but I know that’s not the team’s fault. They still try their absolute best to find substitution flavors to meet their clients needs. Top tier service!
