Always swift delivery and have always sorted any problems swiftly. Have been using Vapecloud for a couple of years now and won’t go anywhere else.

Had to ring up about my order the guy I spoke to was helpful and rang me back as soon as he’d spoke to Royal Mail, sent my order out again, It came a few days later, will defiantly use again

Well I ordered my products on Friday 19/06/19 and got an email saying sorry we couldn’t post your items. Then I rang up and emailed vape cloud numerous times and only got a hold of someone on Tuesday afternoon to be told they didn’t have one off my items in stock in the colour I wanted I agreed to get a different colour and it was apparently dispatched that afternoon. Now its Friday the 28th I’ve still not got my items and once again no one answering phones. If I hadn’t of rang up on Tuesday I’ve never have known they didn’t have something in stock. Customer service really needs updating and training provided to staff about stock control use to be a reliable company but have went down hill gradually and this is the second time this has happened to me

Had a little bit of problems with my delivery got it sorted and they gave me a 50ml bottle of e liquid for free and upgraded my delivery to next day delivery

Had some issues with Royal Mail not delivering but the guy at vapecloud (sorry forgot his name) sorted it straight away. Really good customer service!

Ordered my stuff then had to chase it up,was told they lost order but had taken the money out of my bank . Was then told most was no longer in stock .so ended up cancelling the whole thing . Won't use company again

I have paid for e-liquid, never received, tried to contact provided email address over a 4 times never got answer, no one answer phone number, finally contacted with PayPal, they refund my money after 1,5 months, total joke! Big scam avoid!!!!

5 day waited for the item to be shipped and then recived the mail that is out of stock , recived a refound on pay pay wich is taking 12 days , never again thank you ...

Both juices binned no taste, possibly ouf of date as had same brand before. Service was quick but product no good in this case

This review is based on multiple order.
I have never had a correct or on time delivery from this company, I’m not going back to the beginning but I’ll just take it from Christmas.
I ordered a load of juices and coils in December (plenty of time for delivery) Due to as they told me staff error it wasn't posted, then when they did post it the juice was missing as it was out of stock (fair enough it’s the season of goodwill so I let it ride). So moving on to my January delivery I ordered miles earlier than needed so this time took royal mail option for delivery, which is actually quicker than paying £4.99 for DPD. Order arrived minus juices again, email sent to me apologising due to staff error (hopefully not the same person from December). February order and I decided to take the DPD option again (Don't do it). Order placed on the Thursday, by Monday it still hadn't been shipped, lost my temper and took a full refund to purchase somewhere else.... so that should have been the end of it!!!
NO!! because I’m too trusting.. They sent lovely mails apologising and asking for me to return and how their service was so improved.
So yeah I believed them and reordered my May selection through them... major mistake number one, I took the DPD option again (you are better burning your fiver and trying to vape that). Major mistake number two I still am sat here with no juice 5 days after the order was placed and no sign of it arriving in the near future (There response to this... refund the £4.99 DPD Fee).
There are so many vape shops about, don't settle for this poor service like I have, worst thing is I have £20 in loyalty vouchers unspent...... even for free I’m reluctant to order from these ever again!! There response to the review, an email to say they are cancelling my account.. I wasn't going to use them again anyway, but no apology just a we ain't gonna fix it or help because you said how bad we are.... just about sums them up!!

Slow delivery and no response from customer services via their own contact form. I thought that web vendor's were past that phase a long time ago.
It was my first order with vape cloud and it was also my last.

I recently placed an order and there was an issue which meant my order couldn't be fulfilled. Unfortunately this isn't the first time. You might be reading this thinking "well why has this person given 5 stars...." Well, the reason is due to the excellent customer service received when I emailed them regarding this issue. No service is ever going to be perfect but in my book it's the way in which it's dealt with after that is most important. I can safely say that the customer service shown by VapeCloud is nothing short of amazing. Not only did they sort my order quickly by asking me what I would like instead of the product that was sold out, they very generously sent me two shortfills as a gesture of good will (one of which is 100ml and complete with nic shots) - you can't ask for better service than that. I will continue to shop on this site and also recommend to anyone that I know who vapes. Thank you again, excellent customer service!! :)

Have ordered several times from here & always go out of their way to help if they don’t have stock of the liquid we buy. Even ordered in extra for us. Definitely the only place I buy our eliquod from now.

Everything worked just fine. Had some stock issues but I got my money right back for that. A little excessive on the packaging ;)
Other than that great!
