Thank you for your review Jessica.
Below is the last email communication we sent on 23/03/2025, where you refused to return the product for inspection. As clearly stated in our policy, all faulty products must be returned for inspection.

Thank you for your continued correspondence and for sharing your concerns in detail. We truly value your feedback as a loyal customer, and I sincerely apologise for any frustration or disappointment you’ve experienced throughout this process. It’s clear this has not met the standard of service we aim to provide, and for that, I’m sorry.

We absolutely take your concerns seriously, and I’d like to clarify why we’ve requested the return of the faulty Cherry Cola vapes despite the photographic evidence you kindly provided. Our policy requires returned items so we can assess them and, in turn, address any issues with our suppliers to prevent this from happening again. That said, I understand how this extra step might feel inconvenient, especially given the clear evidence you’ve shared and your regular support of Vapeforest with your monthly orders. Your time and trust matter to us, and we don’t intend to question your honesty in any way.

To resolve this efficiently and fairly:
• We’ve already provided a prepaid return label free of charge, despite this being an exception to our standard policy, as a gesture of appreciation for your loyalty.
• Once we receive the 3 faulty Cherry Cola vapes at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

Your order #70774 was placed for 10 x Platinum Bar on 10/11/2024, and we received your faulty report on 10/01/2025, which was 2 months after placing the order.
Bellow was our response to you in Email:

I am afraid we cannot proceed further for below two reasons that has been stated in the Vapefores's policy and all buyers agree before they place orders.

1- Vapeforest does not provide refunds or exchanges for orders sold as Box/Pack of 10 disposable products, under any circumstances , all sales are final even if you believe any items are defective.


2- Disposable products are generally not refundable. Vapeforest provides a “Dead-On-Arrival” guarantee for faulty disposable products sold individually. This means that Vapeforest will only accept returns for provably faulty disposable items within a 24-hour period from when you receive your order.

We have a standard message that is sent to all customers who believe they have received a faulty product:

Please note that if a product has already been used, it cannot be considered faulty.

This is because some customers have returned fully used vapes expecting Vapeforest to treat them as faulty.

Any product claimed to be faulty must be returned for examination. We have the proper tools to test each item, and if it is found to be faulty, we will issue a refund or replacement.

There are many factors that can cause headache for any individual, such as :
1-Dehydration
• Vaping can cause dehydration because of the dry mouth and throat it can cause. Dehydration can lead to headaches. It's important to drink water while vaping to stay hydrated.
2- Propylene Glycol (PG) Sensitivity
• Some people are sensitive to propylene glycol (PG), a common ingredient in vape liquids. This can cause headaches, dry throat, and other symptoms. If you're sensitive to PG, you might want to try a vape liquid with a higher VG (vegetable glycerin) ratio.
3- Overuse or Extended Use
• Overuse of a vape or prolonged sessions can sometimes trigger headaches. This is often related to nicotine intake or the act of vaping itself.
5. Flavour Additives
• Certain flavorings in the e-liquid may cause headaches for some people, especially if they have sensitivities to certain ingredients in the flavorings.

We appreciate your feedback and thank you for confirming that we delivered your item on time by editing your original comment. About the vape I’m afraid my response remain as it is. Our aim is to prevent any future conflicts by sending out instructions to our customers via email before they receive items.

You purchased Friday 28/03/2023 12:31. Your item dispatched to Royal mail via Royal Mail Tracked 48 on the same day 28/03/2023 14:57 which we usually don’t do and we dispatch items within 24 hours. You received it from Royal Main 30/03/2023 10:52. You received your item even earlier than 48 hours delivery time Royal mail is usually promising.
We already sent you your tracking number however it is available on request for confirmation.

Also Following email conversation we had I personally explained to you that ‘’The device's instructions (RandM Crystal 4600) which is sticker on the vape state that after removing the plastic, you must wait precisely three minutes while keeping it upright for the coil to prime and for air to be blocked from the connection between the battery and tank (where the liquid is being held) by the coil. But if users don't follow the instructions what you explained is happening.
The device will still function, but it will become faulty because the battery and the liquid now have a connections. Therefore it is not hardware issue.’’
If the device is not used according to its instructions, it may become faulty. In such cases, we do not offer refunds or replacements for disposable vapes, unless there is a hardware issue present.
