Invitations to provide feedback are sent out on an order by order basis and the invitation you replied to was for your first order which was delivered within 48 hours of us receiving it.
However, when you placed your second order, there was a delay because we only had a small amount of stock for the item you required.
We were waiting for new stock to arrive and in the meantime, we offered you an alternative product.
As this was not suitable for you, we sent you, we provided you with a refund.
