Poor customer experience - would rate 0 if I could
Received the order quickly, ordered Wednesday & was delivered on Friday. This is the only positive.
My order was incorrect and I was initially told that the correct order would be sent on Monday (I emailed Friday) but now I need to post back part of the order so they can issue the correct order?
Could have been a very positive experience but has been pretty terrible.

Hi Amy, thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry that the warehouse accidentally packaged your order incorrectly. It was an uncommon instance and I believe that we’ll do better in the future. We have provided the prepaid return label and reissued the correct order on 12th July, and it seems that your order has been delivered on 15th July according to the tracking. Hope it could fix the mistake we've made.

Really good shipping time all the items I got worked even tho the puff xxl's are fake they work really well and they taste pretty good I normally wouldent buy fake vapes but these fake puff bars are actually really good

Bought 2 of the Cave man relx classic…
Bought 2 of the Cave man relx classic style vape pen's, both not working 1 stopped charging/working within one day second stopped working after 3 weeks. Returns process a pain not worth trying. Cave man classic pod's excellent no issues.
