The charging case had a little contact…

The charging case had a little contact problem, but customer care promptly replaced it with a new one and paid for the return postage. You don't need to worry because their after-sales service is effective.

In testing against other similarly priced brands, this device stood out for having very little moisture buildup and absolutely no leakage during two weeks of regular use.
