I have purchased from many online vape retailers, but unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I have had.
I ordered 15 items, but 9 items were missing from my order. There was no explanation, notification, or email to inform me that these items were unavailable or would not be included.
I contacted customer service by email to explain the situation. Four days later, I received a response stating that I had already been refunded for three of the missing items. However, I had not received all of the refunds that were due to me.
I contacted them again and asked them to review the situation properly. I am still waiting for refunds for items that I never received, and there has been no clear explanation or proper communication regarding what is happening.
To make matters worse, I have now been told that the refund will take up to 10 working days. There was no prior communication explaining that refunds would take this long, which makes the whole process even more frustrating.
The website looks professional and well presented, but unfortunately, the level of customer service does not match the appearance of the website. Compared with other online vape retailers I have used, the service I have received here has been extremely disappointing.
I hope the company improves its communication and customer service, as this experience has left me very frustrated and has seriously affected my confidence in ordering from them again.

Cheap prices, fast delivery and reliable company. Had a minor issue with a product which was resolved upon contacting the company Whats App number. Great service

I love the fact you don’t have to do a £200 order to have it shipped you can get what you want and need and they’ll deliver it and it’s next day.

The prices are the best you’ll see. Same with the pods I use also.

Wish I found these sooner, unbelievable prices and next day delivery. I like ordering bulk amounts for myself as many companies change or discontinue a flavour and with this you can just order so many boxes.

Vape market wholesale are a rip off sent me a vaporesso sky solo ,when I ordered a vaporesso sky solo plus .they have not replied to 4 emails ,the vaporesso sky solo is halve the price of the sky solo plus . Avoid ordering from them at all costs .Just pure ignorant. They don't answer you emails

Ordered some boxes of liquid. Emails company about no receipt of ots with no reply. So now no money and no packages. Customer service is none existent

They are great to be honest I’ve only had 1 problem and it wasn’t even on their side it was Royal Mail and they handled it efficiently, been buying from them for a while now and they are great with many things

Ordered £500 worth of ecigs from what I thought was a trusted retailer. Wow was I wrong, had an email to say delivered with picture no number on door or time of delivery. Tried neighbours as all houses look the same but nothing. Contacted customer service countless amount of times no reply,then finally get a reply can’t do anything sorry,£500 down the drain they don’t care they got there money. I WOULD STAY CLEAR!!!!

I ordered RandM 7000 puff vapes 4 boxes. Out of 4 boxes of 10 have 1 full box where the vapes are faulty. After opening seals and waiting 10 minutes to start vaping and get a burnt coil taste. Tried contacting customer services but no reply.

Messaged to ask if a product was out of stock as other websites were advertising it, but once order placed told there was no stock. I know this one to be difficult to get hold of so I wanted to check in advance. Customer services responded quickly, politely and provided an exceptional service you don't often get these days! Bank transferred the payment to get it shipped same day and received within 14 hours of placing the order.
