I ordered back in december an still havent got my package but I did hear from vape society supply that they where very sorry an would now be sending my package an a tee shirt let me just add they said this long before covid 19 honestly I just want my package or a refund I feel thats fair

The shipping here is excellent. Ordered my new box mod setup on Thursday and it was shipped Friday. It was sent via priority and got here on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I’m loving my new gear. Fast shipping is super important to customers as certain companies that won’t be named have raised expectations for shipping times. These guys do it right.

Never once felt ripped off by Vape Society Supply, unlike the way I’ve felt from other distributors. They keep their prices impressively low, and this is clearly a way in which they beat out the competition and maintain loyal customers. With their good prices, I feel like I can stock up on lots of vape juice at once without breaking the bank.

If you’re into selection, check these guys out. They have everything – and I mean everything. Disposable vapes, pod kits, box mod kits, premium e-liquid, accessories, t-shirts, hats, batteries, chargers…everything you could possibly need as a vaper. The prices are also really good and their shipping is fast. Don’t sleep on these guys.

Customer service from these guys is exceptional, they were super friendly on the phone and the wait time was not nearly as long as I figured it would be, they sorted things out in a timely manner, helped me get to the bottom if my mixup and ensured that I got exactly what I ordered as quickly as possible. I’m a bit of a menthol junkie and I like to rotate flavors often. Glad I found this place though since I can try out so many unique menthol flavors from really good companies. I like straight menthols as well as ones blended with fruit flavors and Vape Society Supply has loads upon loads of all of the above.

I searched everywhere for the newest Suorin kit and so many places were selling it for way higher than necessary, and while it’s a good kit it shouldn’t be that expensive. Checked out Vape Society Supply and lo and behold there it was for the best price by far. Now I know where I’ll be buying my vape hardware from now on.

Placed a large order due to the quarantine. Needed to stock up on juice. spent about $150 on juice. it did say on their site that orders would take longer than usual due to everything going on. received my order about three weeks later. this didnt upset me really, because i knew going into it that everything would be delayed because of covid. biggest disappointment was that more thann half of the bottles i ordered were bad. nicotine had gone bad in the juice, and had to throw away more than half my order. always willing to give people a second chance, as mistakes do happen. but this was an unfortunate experience and a waste of almost $100

Last week I tried out another online vape distributor since what I wanted here was out of stock. Now I know that VSS really is the best. Not only did my order with the other company take way longer to process, but I had to pay more than what I would pay here as well.

I ordered from this joke of a company on 4/11/20. They are running behind due to the pandemic situation at hand. I knew it would take longer than usual. Not a problem. What is a problem is it took 10 days before they contacted me to let me know they were out of one of the items ordered and asked if I would like to substitute for something else. I replied the same day with my new choice for a sub. On 4/24/20 I received the order unexpectedly. It was missing the product I requested for a substitute. I contacted them again to see if it was being shipped separately. to which I received a reply on 4/28/20 of, "They needed proof of items received (photo)and a copy of the invoice sent." So I fired that off to them the same day. And I am still waiting for a response or something to arrive. This has got to be the worst customer service ever. I guess I am out the money now as they will not issue a refund only store credit. I will file a complaint to the BBB, but that doesn't help me out much.

Great prices, good shipping, impressive selection. Seriously what more could you ask for from a vape distributor. I’ve been ordering from them for a few months and not once have I been let down. Best thing is that they always have the latest gear before other companies do so I get to try out the latest products before my friends

Just got my Efest Lush charger in the mail and I can tell right away that this is a way better charger than what I was using before. It gives me a lot more info regarding the charge of each battery, and it feels far sturdier than my last one. Glad to know my batteries are finally in good hands.

Ordered a week ago and still in processing status, do not respond to any contact information. Stay away, read complaints on BBB before anything like I should have done.

Too bad zero stars isn't an option, they don't even deserve one.

Emailed Vape Society Supply customer service about a mistake with an order because I didn’t want to wait on the phone. Usually I receive a response from a company in a day or two, but they actually emailed me back within a couple of hours. The issue was resolved and now I’m a very happy customer.

Well I ordered 3 bottles of juice on the 22nd. On the 24th I asked them when would my order ship? 1 to 3 bussiness days they say. 7 days as of tomorrow and its still in processing. I sent another email asking why its not been shipped only to be sent what looks like an automated reply stating my "request" has been recieved and being reviewed by support staff!! This is not how you treat any customer, let alone a new one.

I ordered on April 21st and it is now April 28th it still says processing I sent two emails to them have not heard anything back it they have horrible customer service and I've never had this issue with them before if there's a hold up they can at least let someone know instead of ignoring them I don't think I'm going to order from them again just based on their horrible customer service

Got my SMOK Nord Kit today and I couldn’t wait to take it out of the box and start using it. The setup was super easy and already I’m enjoying a really great vaping experience. This is my first time using a pod kit and I definitely feel like it is giving me way more satisfaction than what I was using before.

I’ve never seen such a wide variety of vape juices elsewhere period. Been on a custard kick lately and I have been having a blast going through their selection. Right now, I have four different custard flavors in rotation that all come from different brands, and they are each really tasty in their own way.

I had to change my order after making a mistake while checking out and I did it through the form they have on their website. I’ve never seen anything like this on an online retailer website before. It’s very thorough and my order came the way I wanted it to. I didn’t have to wait on the phone, and it was a really easy process.

Just like everyone else. Have been waiting a while for my order to be shipped, payed for the 2-5 day for quicker shipping, have not heard from the company, they do not reply to emails. Phone calls are not answered. I had really good service back in October, so giving them the benefit of doubt due to circumstances going on, but at least be in touch with customers, Cause if your not shipping orders you should have plenty of time to let them know. At this point it's a no call no show with them if you order.
