Placed an order on November 26. Still have not received my order or any response from their customer service. It has been almost four weeks. DO NOT order from this company.

Made order on 1st of December. Says it shipped on December 7th. Its the 16th and it has never left Nevada. I don't believe it was shipped at all. No response when you email them. Do not buy from this company. I see where I am not the only person having an issue with them. Terrible customer service. Doesnt matter what the price is if you never receive the product.

I had no issues with the site and the ordering process. The only issue was when it came time to send my order. Due to low stock they couldn't meet my order and instead of asking how to resolve the issues, like most other companies, they decided to only send part of my order but in doing so increased the price per product. I asked them to setup a full refund but all they did was ask for additional picture of the order, even though I explained I wanted the full order refunded. After that I got a bit busy and to my surprise they closed the ticket. Realistically it was under 2 bucks difference but hell when you are shopping for the best price point 2 bucks is a big deal. I wouldn't use this site just based off the fact that they collected my phone number but couldn't be bothered to call me first.

Ordered sad boy salt nic four bottles 30mls for 35 and change. Amazing prices! Received exactly what I ordered AND received it in 6 days!!! Yessssss! Don't listen to all the negativity! They're amazing!!! Already placed my second order today, which is mainly because they are totally amazing!

I've ordered from them before with no issues but this time my package never made it and I cant get hold of anyone from customer service. I've called, left messages and emailed and still nothing.

Place an order on the 3rd it is the 12th and still have not received my order. Customer service doe not even bother to reply. It took them 5 days to even put post on it.

I've purchased Vape Juice twice over the past 2 months or so. Every time I've ordered, I've had to badger them about the shipping information so I could track my order. The last time, they never gave it to me. They didn't email me back until it had been delivered and then, they said: "Our records show, it's been delivered." Duh...

This time, I had to badger them for tracking information and all they did was say: "We usually ship orders within 72 hours." By the time I had emailed them, it had already been at least 96 hours. They finally emailed me back with a Tracking # a few days later. I ordered my vape juice on 11/30/20. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 12/9/20 (a week and a half after being ordered). Last night I received a notification stating that it's arriving late and it's still somewhere in Nevada. *sigh* Seriously? It's been almost TWO WEEKS since I ordered the juice. Combined with their shoddy customer service, I'll never order from here again.

Horrible customer service. I will never order from this place again!!!!!!!

2n half weeks..still no juice..left several emails with no response. Recommend anywhere but vape society supply. Bad business here unfortunately

Slow at shipping. Paid $8.74 extra for quicker shipping said (2-5 days) it’s been 9 days & still hasn’t arrived. Took 3 days after creating the shipping label to even get sent out.. even 6 days after that still hasn’t arrived and no contact back from customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It’s almost like the website is run by robots not even real people. No customer service at all. Horrible company that will try there best to either scam you or take a month to deliver a bottle of juice. Pretty ridiculous that people can say they rely on this website for there nicotine, probably fake reviews.

I'd heard multiple positive reviews about Vape Society Supply on Facebook so I decided to give them a try when I saw that they had a bundle of e-liquids from a brand I've been wanting to try available. I ordered Wednesday before Thanksgiving, & I received everything exactly a week later, also on Wednesday. The packaging was good (a shipping envelope with everything secured in bubble wrap), & everything appears to be on the up and up with the juices I ordered. Considering the holiday and following sale, I found their shipping timely, & the bundle price was very reasonable. After I ordered, I did start to see the negative reviews, & I began to worry over the weekend, but my order shipped out Monday with no issues. I would feel comfortable ordering from this company again.

Terrible company! Not only did it take a week to ship items, they put as my address “unit 16 Portland Or 97230” no street address NOTHING. So my items are being sent back to them, which I’m grateful for since the company is TRASH. Don’t buy from them, it takes them weeks to send your juice, they WONT reply to emails or phone calls. Stay away from Vape Society Supplies.

This company takes at least 2 weeks to get product to you. It took 3 days just to prepare product for shipping for some reason. Dont expect it fast. I dont understand these reviews that say super fast. Totally false.

I ordered a 2/$20 salt nic bundle from VSS before I read the reviews on trustpilot and was very scared that I would never see my order, but my experience was completely smooth and timely. I placed the order on Nov9, it was marked shipped on Nov12 and delivered Nov16.

Regardless of other experiences on this site, mine was perfect. I would order from them again no worry.

They stole over 60$ from me last year, when I bought juice and never received it. I contacted them repeatedly on social media, email and phone number. NEVER received a reply. I've never had this happen in my life. I paid and they just stole my money. So crazy. Check out BBB. They have a horrible reputation. I have no idea how their still functioning. Report them everywhere you can. Theives are the lowest of the low. So disturbing and disgusting. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS.

I would also give these cowboys a zero. Don't be drawn in by their prices. Do not order unless you have planned weeks or months in advance as that is how long it will take them to ship an order. Do not expect them to respond via website or social media. Do expect to see them active on socal media but ignoring customer comments. Do not expect it to be easy to cancel. Use a credit card so you can chargeback.

I actually rate this company zero stars but one star was the lowest I could go. When I started to order from this company the shipping was bad. As time went on it got worse and WORSE. I order every Friday and I ordered over 2 weeks ago and last Friday. Neither package has arrived and the reaching has not moved at all from the facility. I have no where to buy juice near me so I rely on these websites. Thankfully I had backup jucie but since its taken sooo long im almost out. Don't order from this site. There's plenty of others with the same prices. Those sites would most likely answer your emails with any issues, unlike this one.

Slow shipping. They charge you over $8 for shipping and then wait 5 whole days to even create a shipping label. There is no reason for this.

(#2079934) Well where do I start!!! I placed an order and accidentally purchased the wrong items from my cart, so I emailed them to cancel the order 2 minutes after I placed it with no response! So I emailed a couple of more times and still no response! I then trues to call all day long and after my 20th attempt a guy awnered the phone and was very friendly and I told him what had happened and he said no problem at all I'll get this order canceled, so next thing I know about 4 hours later I get a email stating that the order was shipped out! So now I'm waiting to resive the order wich is sapose to be here Monday and then I guess I'm gonna have to pay usps to ship it back so that I can get a refund, I will definitely never ever again order from this place EVER!!!!!!! Worst customer service I've ever witnessed! If you all make this right I'll either change my message or I'll delete it off here, I know things happen but your customer service is very, very poor no excuse for that at all.
