Quick response when I had a problem I received my orders very quickly I will always order my vaping products from them

I've ordered from Vapor Authority a number of times over the years. They ship promptly and do a great job of keeping you informed about shipping info. Recently I ordered a vape device from them that was faulty. I contacted them & they responded promptly. They emailed me a postage-paid return form and sent the replacement even before they had received the faulty device I returned. Very pleased with their customer service -- which can be hard to find these days.

My experience with this company experience with this company has been absolutely stellar they are fast and Customerservice passed on shipping and they have everything I can possibly need for my vaping journey they also get back with you quickly and their prices on the signing is cheaper than I’ve ever seen so keep up the great work

I placed an order here for about 350$ since they actually had stock of what I wanted only to have it canceled 3 days after placing. The company chooses to not ship to secured PO boxs. They wont answer a question why either, talking about you Adam. They charge extra for usps protection but wont use the most secure feature they offer. Ridiculous and not covered on their website at all. If verification if identity is the goal for compliance than why wouldn't the most verified identity ship to location be accepted? They want to sell you information and you cant spam PO boxs. Couple this with the buggy and barely useable shopping cart that crashes over and over. If the few dollars you save is worth the hassle and discrimination or you support people that make up unwritten policies at a whim, order here. Otherwise do business with a real company.

This company has went above and beyond the call of duty . My orders have been shipped, with haste, any questions, have been answered within 24 hours. I trust this company to get the order correct everytime . No hidden fees or problems . I have been working with them for the past year . When I first received this product I had some issues which was kinda inconvenient for me it was a battery malfunction however this company did everything they could to help me fix this issue in such a great manner the customer service is great and they have very quick and simple ways to solve the issues that present themselves so I that k them for helping me with the utmost respect and kindness

Unable to get a Smok TFV12 Cloud Beast King tank in the UK I chanced upon the Vapor Authority website. Am I glad I did, I ordered 2 King tanks and they were delivered across the pond in record time. Friendly customer service and quick delivery of products, what's not to like. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

I ordered four 18650 batteries for my vape. Unfortunately, one of them arrived with slight damage, so I wrote an e-mail to them at around 4:00 PM EST and included pictures of the damaged battery.

I expected to hear back within a day or two. Surprisingly, customer service got back to me in *under five minutes* (!) with a pre-paid label to return the battery. As soon as I confirmed its return, a new battery was sent out to me and in my hands a couple of days later.

Cameron's customer service was fast, responsive, and highly professional. I'll definitely continue to shop at Vapor Authority for my vaping needs.

Adam S is always generous and helpful. I had problems with a pod mod that I had bought a while ago. Also I had opened a box of pod/coils but did not unwrap pod/coils. Adam S immediately emailed me an image of a free shipping label and allowed me to get my funds back for the purchased items. I received all the funds that I spent. You can trust Vapor Authority as a smart, courteous, professional Company with some great employees. Don't be anxious to buy from Vapor Authority because they will take care of you. Also, their prices and selection are about the best you can find.

I placed my very first order with them and there was an issue with delivery to my location. Within 15min I received a email from Cameron from Vape Authority who was very friendly and helpful and I was able to a delivery location that worked out. I've ordered from these guys twice and as long as I'm vaping I'll continue to buy from them. They ship super quick and they have great prices. I had an issue with a product I purchased, contacted them and explained the problem and the problem was resolved. This is just an awesome company to do business with.

Sold me 2 packs of bad coils. Had made many purchases with them before this, zero problems. Asked for credit for the bad coils. They said they couldn't accept open packages. Like I was going to mail them back? They're in the trash. They offered me 50% of what I paid. Goodbye. What a joke.

I was lucky to find VA and their stock of the Kanger unit I wanted. The Kanger items are hard to find for some reason by they had them in stock, and they're genuine. The mod failed after several days and VA expedited a replacement for me, before they'd even received the faulty unit back. That was an unexpected level of service and because of that, I'll be shopping with them again.

I have been using Vapor Authority for several years now and have never been disappointed in their products or services, love my vape stuff, and their communication skills are excellent!

Vaper Authority has the best customer service! I purchased 4 batteries and threw away the boxes, the batteries quit charging in a short period of time. When I contacted them, Cameron was so nice, even though they needed the serial number off of the boxes to get a credit from the manufacturer for themselves, they issued me a full credit!!! Way to take care of your customers!!! I will not be buying from anyone else!!

A tube arrived and it was unfortunately cracked. I contacted Vapor Authority and they replaced it!
