Everytime I order something from vapor authority they send me a confirmation email and then the next day they send an email that there was something wrong I will never try to buy from them again

I learned of Vapor Authority while searching online, but am always skeptical when I am dealing with a company for the first time. I placed an order for a vape pen, and it was filled promptly and is exactly like the ones I buy locally. The price was better and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. Then I ordered a tiny bottle of menthol e-juice , just to try it, and it was just like the one I've been using for 4 years, but a much better cost. I immediately ordered 2 large bottles. I like to shop locally, but they are not friendly, they keep limited hours, and they always told me, that the menthol e-juice was just not available elsewhere. WRONG ! You guys are always quick to ship and your products are always of the highest quality. I have ordered coils and juice from other companies and often receive damaged boxes or bottles of juice leaking and covered in an oily film. Never once has this happened with your company. Excellent Customer Service! I placed orders at other websites before I found Vapor Authority in 2017, and I have come back again and again after my first purchase. Friendly service, quick order fulfillment, and great prices. What spurred this review: after placing an order, the next morning i received an email from an actual person letting me know a particular color was out of stock, which was terrific. i responded within an hour, and received an immediate reply that my entire shipment still went out that same day, amazing!

Also, last month i was scouring the web for an accessory for a discontinued item, I sent a hail mary inquiry to their customer service email address, knowing that no one had this accessory anywhere. Not only did a real person respond within a few hours, but the team at Vapor Authority tracked down and found it in the building, and offered it to me free of charge. Amazing, thanks VA !!!!

Found this site while looking for something particular that other vape sites didn’t have. Must say, I have used many other vape sites and the quickness of their shipping and friendliness of their customer service will have me coming back. I would have given them a 5 but they don’t carry my liquid.
