Well where do i start!!
Anna was the one that was dealing with my situation and she was so professional, helpful and kept me undated every part of they way. If anyone uses vashi (i hope you do cause they are a great company) please use Anna! Anna i could never thankyou enough you were amazing!!

Had a really good experience in store and over the phone with Lavinnia. Helped me pick out the perfect setting and diamond. Nothing was too much to ask and was able to arrange diamonds and settings to be moved to different stores to suit me. Kept informed about the progress of the ring and arrived much quicker than the official 8 weeks. Great service from Lavinnia and Vashi and would happily recommend to friends and family

Anna was really kind and warm. She help me to get the exact engagement ring.
The day after, I proposed, we went back to the store and Anna kindly invited us to celebrate with a glass of champagne.

I had a fantastic experience at Vashi. Kristina (previously in Bank branch but now Canary Wharf) was instrumental in helping me pick an engagement ring and the ring itself was fantastic. My fiancé(!) loved it and I was very satisfied with the service throughout.

I had been wanting to purchase a signet ring for a quite sometime and decided to look at a ring in Vashi. From the moment I saw something I liked the service from Anna and Kristina was exceptional. They ordered me in the ring from another store so I could see the design, they then made sure the correct size was taken and explained the process from start to finish. I was kept up to date via email throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn’t recommend the service or the quality of the ring I have purchased. Really happy! :)

Anna and Kristina were informative, super friendly and I felt well looked after from start to finish. In addition the rings came back a lot quicker than expected.

I ordered an eternity ring for my wife, the personal service from Kristina and Anna in the GRE Vashi branch was outstanding. Although the delivery was delayed (as most items are from anywhere now unfortunately) I was kept up to date regularly and made to feel so welcome, every visit to the store to check progress was a pleasure. 5 star customer service, well done Vashi and the City branch especially!

Great experience with Vashi. I went to the Royal Exchange boutique to buy a ring to my wife as an anniversary gift. There were not a ton of options but every piece was lovely with an elegant design. Anna was very helpful in advising me and went out of her way to accommodate my specific needs (I couldn’t be back before more than a month so she extended the return period in case the ring didn’t match).

Kristina took care of my rings during their complimentary care and she was very helpful, friendly and super responsive. Thank you for making the whole process so easy!

Kristina (Royal Exchange) was incredibly helpful and patient. She took the time to understand what I was looking for a made great recommendations, explaining everything I needed to know. After placing the order, she was very proactive and communicative and ensured the ring arrived on time.

My experience with Vashi didn't get off to a good start when I visited the Covent Garden store, where I felt pressured by the member of staff to buy a ring. I was then told they would email a summary of my options discussed during the consultation, but they didn't.

I gave up hope but thought perhaps I should try another store. I booked in for a consultation at the Royal Exchange store, and within minutes I was contacted by Anna with a welcome email. My consultation with Anna was a very different experience. Anna had a very sincere and honest approach, which I appreciated. Anna presented me with a few options that were within my budget, along with a detailed explanation of the difference between each diamond. Unfortunately, the specific diamond I was interested in was not in their store. As I left the store within 30 minutes, Anna contacted me to inform me that she had looked into their inventory and was able to find the exact diamond and that it could be sent to the store within a few days for my viewing. I returned to the store and made my purchase. I was told the ring would take up to 5 weeks to complete, which I desperately needed as I would be flying off in 8 weeks where I planned to propose. Due to issues with the supply chain, I was told there was a possibility I would not get the ring in time. Luckily, 2 days before my flight, the ring was ready. I believe this was thanks to Anna, who followed up daily with the production team to get the ring completed on time. I would highly recommend Anna for her expert advice, transparency, honesty, and hard work.

Sonya was a gem (pardon the pun). She was knowledgeable, attentive, patient and really helped me when I was choosing my engagement ring. I thought I knew what I wanted, but with Sonya's advice and expertise I went right out that box and opted for a different style of ring, one I absolutely love and suits me to a tee!

From the moment we walked through the doors and met Kristina we knew we had picked the right place to get our next bit of jewellery. All our ideas were listened to and turned into an exquisite design, we’ve been down to view the diamond, see the workshop and I can’t wait to see the finished product.

Great customer service and specially Kristina, who went out of the way to help me find earrings for my wife.
She kept me informed throughout the process and expedited my order. I will definitely be using Vashi again.
