VativeApps has delivered exactly what we ask them for. We are still working with them for adding more features and customizations. They are very quick and communicate very efficiently.
They said they will be providing an iOS App, but then their App isn't accepted on the App Store. They took the full charge. Please be cautious before you opt to work with them.
Once we paid the Advanced, we were warned that if the App store rejects it, the company will not be held responsible.
Also, they were asking extra for correcting that issue.

1️⃣ Delivery of Android & iOS Apps:
As stated in our agreement and communication, we provided you with the complete source code for both Android and iOS. The proof of this is that you successfully published your app on TestFlight using the iOS version we provided. Our commitment was to deliver the source code, and we fulfilled that obligation entirely.
2️⃣ Agreement Signed Before Payment:
Before making any payment, you signed an agreement outlining Apple's Publication Rejection Policy. This agreement clearly mentioned that if Apple rejects the app due to design spam policy (4.3), the necessary modifications would require additional charges. This clause was transparent from the beginning, ensuring there were no surprises later.

"In case of design rejection due to spam issues by Apple, the design changes required will incur additional charges."
3️⃣ Custom Development Costs:
The product you received was a ready-made solution at a competitive price. However, Apple’s design spam rejection (4.3) requires custom design modifications, which involve allocating resources. Since custom design work is separate from our ready-made solution, it is charged additionally as is standard industry practice. Despite this, we offer discounted rates to assist our clients in getting their apps approved.
4️⃣ False Allegations & Misleading Review:
Your claim that we informed you about this policy after receiving payment is incorrect. You can verify this by comparing your payment date with the agreement date. We were transparent about Apple's guidelines from the beginning, and any required modifications were already outlined in the agreement you signed.

I have many prints in whatsapp to show how they treat us. They are very poor soul for all you need to pay abusive amounts. DO NOT BUY I REGRET!

Support and Usability: When you purchased the source code, it was clearly communicated that the purchase did not include publication or installation services. Despite this, we went beyond the agreed terms and offered guidance and support to help you navigate the server setup and application process, which can require some technical knowledge.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable if there is a verifiable issue with our product. In this case, the source code was delivered in full functionality as promised. The challenge you faced was related to setting up the app's server and configuring the application, which is outside the scope of the product itself. Additionally, the product had been thoroughly tested prior to delivery, and you had the opportunity to test the demo extensively before purchasing.
Pricing: Regarding additional features, we provided a detailed quote based on our standard hourly rates. We understand that the pricing might not have aligned with your expectations, and we even made efforts to be flexible and accommodate your needs. However, the offers made by you were unrealistic and did not align with the scope of work requested.
Threats and Communication: Our team maintained consistent communication and made every effort to address your concerns professionally. Unfortunately, after November 5, we did not receive further responses from you until this review was posted, which seems to reflect frustration rather than facts.

Our records show that we delivered the source code for your app as agreed. Initially, our collaboration went well, and the project progressed smoothly. However, the project was stalled in 2023 due to a lack of communication from your side. Despite this, we remained open to assisting you whenever needed. On March 20, 2024, our COO personally reached out to you, and our team also emailed you to understand the specific challenges you were facing. You mentioned in your response, "I have the source code for the app, but that's all, nothing on Google Play or the App Store."
In good faith, we replied: "It would be wonderful if you could provide us with a comprehensive brief once more. We are committed to resolving this issue and ensuring your app gets published." Unfortunately, we never received a response. Further attempts to reach out, including a direct message from our CEO on June 13, 2024, also went unanswered.
Publishing an app requires access to your Google Play and Apple Developer accounts, which we were never provided. Without these credentials or clear communication, we were unable to move forward.
It is disappointing that instead of addressing these concerns directly with us, you have chosen to publicly blame us for a situation that could be resolved through constructive dialogue. We remain committed to helping you finalize and publish your app. Communication is key, and we encourage you to reach out so we can resolve this matter together.
