The first part of the process has been good with regards to buying an account and getting your details. I guess for most traders the important part will be how the funded stage is and I hope is as smooth as the first stage.

Vault Funder is local, it's South African, that's why I chose them. Their trading conditions was hard at first, but adjusting to them has made me a better trader. And if I can adjust and become consistently profitable, so can you. Thank you Vault Funder.

great customer service, quick account setup

I just pass my 2 step challenge and so far so good.
Vaultfunder is great when it comes to there support group witch is very helpful and quick to respond.
It makes it easy for beginners and very important it is more user friendly

Their support team is excellent, specially Tarrin which was the person who helped me.
They are hands on and always there to support and they really do want to help their traders to succeed and not like other propfirms.
Just to put it in perspective to the people out there reading this, I have a live account and my account was breached according to their rules, it was a honest mistake from my side and they still had the understanding to the situation and unbreached my account where other firms wouldn’t even bother to listen.

So 5 stars for them showing they care more about their traders!

The Vault Funder team are super efficient and very responsive whenever I had any questions. The max response time was probably like 10 minutes...

Just passed my challenge for the R1mil account - looking forward to seeing what's to come.

I am so happy with the fast response from the support team and they are always willing to help and the instructions are very much clear with no hidden information shared.

My first review for vault was great but then i passed an account and got a live account with them, I regret that i got the account.

Firstly i went through the web and all the rules and can not find 1 place where they talk about the 1% risk rule on 1-step live and 2% risk rule on 2-step. You only find that out when you sign a risk interview. If you can show me where on web you can see this before buying an account i will reright this part of the review.

Secondly i trade gold only with buy and sell stops and the slippage is bad. They slip you sometimes with 13 tot 16 pips on gold then you must move your stops to not get soft breached. They will soft breach you even if your risk is cents more than the 1% you should risk. I know markets is volitile but other brokers don't slip you this hard

Lastly the news rule is also insane. Gold is affected by almost all the news that is released through london.

Vaultfunders trading conditions is excellent for trading. There is no weird trading restrictions. I especially love the 1 Step Challenges. But most impressive is the quick and on point responses from the support department. This south African company can match up to anything the international prop firms have to offer. Highly recommend them.

I have been trading with vaultfunder and. They really helpfully when there is an issue, Tarrin is really really good at the job, she delivers. So far i haven't had any issues with them. I have yet to see how their live account goes and if they pay.but so far so good
