We ordered a Coffee Table from this Company and at first the service was good!

But we didn't need the item for a couple of weeks so it stayed in the box to protect it.

After opening the box and checking the Marble top we noticed that the edge of the top had been damaged but it had been glued back on - Very Poorly I must add.

I contacted them to say that there was no damage of the box so its obviously a manufacturing fault, Only to be told you dint report it within 24 hours so basic you have lost your right to complain????

I have told them to look at Section 23 of the consumers act and get back to me???

Let's see what they say????????? I am not holding my breath

Great service from start to finish with vaunt! When calling to ask about the warehouse sale Steve was a great help and found some great pieces for me! I have vaunt furniture throughout my house now and I am so happy with it all! Really helpful lady in the office helped me out in a few occasions with delivery etc great team all round from my experience and great quality furniture Thankyou

I needed information on the product specification, weight capacity and availability and so contacted Vaunt via their web site. Their response was prompt, friendly and very informative. I have today placed my order and received an immediate acknowledgement of receipt followed soon after with confirmation of dispatch. While I am not expecting to receive my product for a few days, I felt compelled to leave this review for what has been very refreshing customer service and if my product is as good as I am hoping, then I will of course be totally over the moon!

WARNING - don’t order from this company. I Ordered a bedside table in November when they said it was in stock and they have pushed back delivery twice, to June. Don’t believe what they say with their delivery dates. They take your money and then don’t even update you when things keep getting delayed.

So pleased with our beautiful lampshade, such gorgeous detail and lovely quality. Quick delivery too.

Poor communication, very slow to resolve issue with damaged product. Only attempted to do something after I requested charge back from Amex.

Ordered an item from there, was told it had been shipped (but it hadn’t) . The delivery company called to say it wasn’t on the truck and didn’t know why but I would be called by Vaunt to reschedule. No call , no email. I emailed Vaunt to ask what has happened and they reply saying it will be delivered the following week, which is this week. No further response. I have emailed Monday, Tuesday and today to ask what is going on.. still no response. Absolutely shocking customer service , I haven’t got my product and nobody is responding and I am down £600

I ordered and paid for 3 sets of mugs for Christmas presents. Only 2 sets arrived. I contacted them on the 22 December and again on the 4th Jan via email and left a voicemail. They got back to me on the 5th Jan and said they would send the missing mugs out on the 5th. It is now the 15th Jan - still heard nothing, nor received anything from them. Extremely disappointed - non existent customer service and no one answers the phone. they have had ample time to sort this out but obviously can't be bothered. They have my mugs AND my money.

After reading reviews on this company (mainly good but some bad) I decided to give them a try. I ordered the Baldr side table on Thursday it was dispatched on Friday and delivered on Saturday. It is a really nice, well made table and I will be ordering more items from this range.
