Coffee table was delivered promptly and by the day it said it would be.courteous couriers.beautiful table but very very heavy.said.it would be fully assembled but u had to screw the marble top on.being a small woman by myself this was no easy task.itbtook me 2 hours to open box and remove marble top as it was so heavy.ma aged to get it out with help from a neighbour! Saying that it is a beautiful table.would definitely buy again from vaunt only maybe something a bit lighter!

The bar stools were beautifully made… lovely quality .. so pleased with my purchase.

Unfortunately I have not had a positive experience with vaunt. I ordered three items , two of which were faulty. A drill hole mark in the drawer of a bedside table and the draw stuck. The item was reported faulty and returned. The console table arrived...initial inspection: no extra drill hole marks, no broken marble . OK. disposed of the packaging.The following morning went to attach the legs; some of the drill holes did not match the leg plates, the screws did tighten flush to the wood so flapped about, two of the legs were dented and and bowed and the marble slid about 1.5 cm. The the battle to return the items began.I did not have the original packaging...under Consumer Rights it doesn't matter as long as its appropriate. Four very lame excuses; the courier will not accept an item unless its in original packaging, its one of our most expensive items and will cost the company a lot of money, if it is not in its original packaging it cannot be resold ( resell a faulty item?) and finally the packaging is classed as part of the product...what!!. It took a letter to the managing Director to resolve the situation. Vaunt decided as a goodwill gesture I could return the faulty console and now the unwanted bedside table. Under the Consumers Right Act and the short term right to reject I had every right to return the items. I was not charged for the return and I did receive my refund on my credit card promptly. Advise do not dispose of the packaging, do not purchase from Vaunt as the quality indicated on the website does not match the items received...poor workmanship and no quality assurance.

Paid for a shelf, never got delivered after a month a called them and was told they are out of stock and that it would be delivered in a month. Two months on I called them back and was told they out of stock and it will be delivered in two months. No email for updating me or anything.

Quick delivery and fabulous service. The stools are beautiful and really comfortable. We bought the Louis copper barstools and everyone who has seen them has commented how beautiful they are!

I purchased the Jord coffee mugs from Vaunt Design and I’m in love with them. Their design is so sleek, simple and made with incredible quality. I’m a first time purchaser with this company and would highly recommend - from buying to delivery the whole process was quick and easy.

I have purchased three olavi console tables in the natural colour. They look absolutely stunning in my hallway. They are hand crafted to perfection. I don’t regret spending what I did on them!

I was looking for a side table for a large lamp and the one from Vaunt was perfect. It is well made and the light scalloped mango wood looks amazing. It was delivered extremely fast as well - great service!

Will never order from them shrink - I ordered the Baldr coffee table supposedly mango wood but this monstrosity of a yellow painted thing arrived badly painted and marks all over it - so I requested a return as faulty and not as shown on website - they arranged collection but have charged me. £35 for a faulty return - outrageous- don’t order anything off this company it’s rubbish and customer service even worse - be warned !!

Omg I can’t believe their reply- not faulty - it’s trade description act - it’s very badly painted like a child has done it and parts missed - I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company their product is cheap rubbish !!!

Terrible company- avoid at all cost! The furniture looks cheap and if you need to return an item the process is hell. They failed to collect the item on three arranged occasions and still charged me £45 for the return despite the inconvenience- terrible customer service!!

This is the 2nd time I ordered a coffee table from vaunt design, this time delivery was super quick and the table is absolutely gorgeous looks and quality

I can’t fault Vaunt Design’s customer service when my order went AWOL with their chosen courier. After Vaunt Design stepped in, because I had no way of speaking with a human at DHL, the parcel was finally delivered. For customer service, five stars but the product, Baldr tall pedestal, leaves a little to be desired. I’ll admit, I was expecting rustic but for me the roughness of finish is somewhat excessive. A light sand in due course is probably needed. I was also surprised that the pedestal is hollow. Ultimately, Baldr does the job but the overall product (finish etc.) doesn’t justify the price, even when reduced in the sale, as my purchase was. I thought long and hard about returning Baldr but have chosen to stick with it. Had I seen it in the ‘wood’, I doubt I would have bought.

I have the most gorgeous bedside table , it’s the 3rd purchase from Vaunt design. All their pieces are gorgeously stylish .

Had a great experience with Vaunt Design. I messaged them after reading some negative TrustPilot reviews & they got back to me super quickly & set my mind at ease. I made the purchase of a side table + coffee table & got it delivered within 48 hours. They came perfect! They smell a bit funky but guessing that’s either the wood or the warehouse. I would say only thing is they look slightly different than the pictures online reason being they look perfectly smooth online & less smooth in person but I know that any wood will have some grooves/imperfections but overall I’m super happy with the quality & my experience with Vaunt Design & would make another purchase again.

Laura and the team at Vaunt have been a delight to deal with.
A couple of purchased items were damaged in transit, Vaunt were quick to respond and sent out replacements really quickly.
